Wonderful Last Minute Vacation

We are frequent visitors to the Cape Coral area and decided to book a last minute 6 night stay in the Eight Lakes area. We found the house to very clean, big TV’s in the living room, all bedrooms and in the outdoor pool area. The pool area offered great seating areas with expansive views of the lake. The owner Richard, responded almost immediately to a few messages prior to and during our stay. The house is located close to popular restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this house for couples and families.

Excellent Stay

This house was excellent. It had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, great decor! The kitchen was roomy with a huge island. It had all the necessities, even an air fryer and cooler that we used to go boating one day! The outside lanai area is the highlight with the pool, spa, games, grill, tv and sitting area. It even included some fishing poles. We really enjoyed the pool table & dart board too! It was so relaxing hanging out and enjoying all the amenities. The host Richard was very easy to work with and responsive from the day we booked and during our whole stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Great location too!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Perfection from Moment One

This is our third VRBO rental and the best one yet. From the moment you walk in the door and look out through the living area to the pool and lake we knew we had found our place. The photos on this site are great, but it is even better in person. The living room was cozy and inviting. The kitchen was a great place for us to gather and had everything you could possibly need. The dining room was beautiful, but barely used as we enjoyed the kitchen bar. The beds are super comfortable from the king to the twins. One of us has decided to buy a mattress just like it for home. With 5 women in our group the 3 bathrooms was a godsend, giving us a chance for more privacy. Even though the interior was wonderful, most of our time was spent out back. We enjoyed playing pool and darts but spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated and was the perfect temperature for March. We swam, relaxed, and basked in the sun all within a bug free area. Loved sitting in the chairs on the dock, enjoying the two friendly ducks that visited us daily and the boaters and kayakers floating by. We eventually ventured out of the home to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and had a delicious meal at The Ford's Garage (best fries ever). Our host was kind, helpful, and was quick to respond to our messages. We can't wait to come back! This is truly a Spectacular Villa!
