parking for 4 vehicles, fully furnished home right on beautiful Lake Sinclair. The water is very clear in our quiet little cove. Bring your golf cart, boat, wave runners or water toys! We have everything you need to relax on your vacation! Fully equipped kitchen for an extended stay and multiple games inside and out.

Must be 25 or older to rent and be staying at the house as a guest! Absolutely no parties or outside guests allowed. No pet or animals allowed.
The space
Come enjoy our fully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bath home right on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Bring your boat, wave runners or water toys!

Sleeps 4 in BR1 (1 qn) (1 floor mat), Sleeps 5 in BR2 (5 single)(bunk)(trundle), Sleeps 5 in BR3 (1 qu)(1 full) bunk single), Sleeps 4 in BR4 (1 full/single bunk) (1 floor mat) Also, sleeps 4 more in the game room and 3 more in the living room.

We have everything you need to relax on your vacation! Fully equipped kitchen for an extended stay with seating inside for 12 and outside dining for 12 people. Includes free WiFi, plenty of work space, washer and dryer, 4 TV's, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, toaster, hangers, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, fresh linens, and pillows for each guest.

Kid's will absolutely love our home, (put those devices down!) we have multiple games inside and out. Pool table, ping pong, fooseball, shuffleboard, board games, Wii, xbox, 4 smart TV's, yard games, swingset, slide, monkeybars, hammock, outside dining, inside & outside fires & more. You must be 25 years of age to rent and be staying at the house as a guest! Absolutely no parties or outside guests. no pet or animals allowed.
Guest access
During the stay you will have access to the entire home except for the garage area. The waverunners and jetskis are not to be used by anyone other than the home owners. There is plenty of room at the dock to bring your own boat and other toys. We will send you a code for the front door before your arrival.

Perfect family or multiple family get away with or without the kiddos.

We have an outdoor grill.
Pontoon Boat Rentals ( Lake Sinclair Marina )(call ahead and they will bring a rental boat right to your dock.

Best fishing right from our dock or cove. There are restaurants, bar & grills, fuel and shopping all by water.
Bike Riding, Scooter / Golf cart friendly neighborhood.

The lake is 420 miles around the perimeter. Very easy to get lost so be sure you add your home point on GPS when leaving by water. The stairs leading into the lake from our dock may be slippery. Please use caution.
