We’re sorry that you arrived to a home with both an AC issue and a dishwasher that was not functioning, but we’re grateful you allowed us the opportunity to find solutions and make the best of an unfortunate situation. We’re glad the room-by-room AC units worked satisfactorily and that we were able to provide a fair adjustment for the dishwasher inconvenience. Thank you for your review. We work very hard to accurately portray the property's layout in our description and in all of our photos so that guests can understand the layout. Thank you for your feedback regarding the elevator, the elevator is recommended for cargo use and is functioning as it should. It is a typical residential elevator. Regarding any housekeeping concerns, please know that we do have a housekeeping team on call 7 days a week during regular business hours who are happy to assist.
