The Colette at Manito Park is newly renovated and perfectly located on the South Hill just two blocks from the beautiful world-renowned Manito Park with amazing gardens and multiple playgrounds.

The Colette is located in Spokane's best neighborhood. On the South Hill, this home sits just a few minutes from downtown Spokane, Gonzaga University, I-90 freeway, and downtown hospitals. The Colette is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, a must visit bakery and coffee shop, a convenience store, and other great shops.

We purchased and renovated the Colette to create a home that travelers will appreciate with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces and inviting bedrooms. Our number one goal is to make sure that your experience with us is nothing but 5 stars.

The Colette has 3 bedrooms (a King in the lower level, with a queen and full on the main floor), 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a small game room and two living spaces. The fully renovated kitchen includes a microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator & coffee bar. A covered BBQ and outdoor dining table is also available to our guests. There are two smart TVs in the living spaces and high speed internet available throughout the property.

The Colette - Great Home Away From Home

Our family traveled to Eastern WA to visit colleges. The Colette was a great central location for us to stay and had all of the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was awesome, close to food and downtown Spokane. Having Manito Park nearby was perfect with walks with the dog. We enjoyed our time at The Colette!

Excellent place to stay!

We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many places we needed to visit in the area. The home was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. The beds are very comfortable, TVs are nice in two different common areas, kitchen is well equipped. Check-in and check-out process were very easy. We would definitely book again if back in the area!

Perfect Location, Cozy House

For our short stay, the Colette was perfect. We were visiting family and were able to meet them there and walk to Manito Park, Rockwood, Bakery and Little Euro restaurant. Huckleberry’s grocery is a minute’s drive away. The house was very clean, had plenty of air-conditioning for any hot days, and a good-sized kitchen. We liked the cozy upstairs living room, but also used the bigger family room downstairs. The backyard was perfect for having our little one and our pup run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable Home in a Great Location

This house had plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 3 dogs. It looks even better in person than in the photos and was just very homey and comfortable. The house was really well stocked with almost everything you could need for a stay. The location was perfect for a quick 12 minute Uber ride to the Spokane Arena for a game. Tyler, the host, is very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process super easy. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Spokane.

Comfortable house

Needed to be close to SHMC and originally had another family member staying with me so the space would be perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. It ended up being just me so the space was more than I needed but it was so convenient to where I needed to be and such a cozy place to go to after a day spent at the hospital. House is well-done, pictures are accurate & Tyler is a great communicator. Would highly recommend!!

Well appointed, beautiful location, managed the way a property should be.

We came into Spokane for our son’s graduation from GU. From the moment we stepped inside we were very impressed with the decor, added touches and attention spent on every room in the needs of what makes a house feel like home. We felt at home the entire stay and could not believe how quiet the neighborhood is, we barely heard or saw a car drive by. Lower basement that’s been turned into full on living room, bedroom and bath is an added bonus especially for families. Our daily walks to Manito park is exactly what we were looking for during our down time and it is literally a 5-7 min walk from the house. Kudos to owner and management!

This house was clean, cozy, very well stocked. The mattresses were fantastic. Our family of three and a dog lived here for a week while we had flooring done at our house across town and it was plenty. The only drawback (I’m 6’1”) is that the era of the house’s construction leaves it with very low ceilings in the basement primary suite. Still, we’d happily rent this property for our family again should the need arise.

Quaint stay near Manito Park July 4th

My husband and furs babies stayed here for 3 nights. Loved how close it was to the park and saw wild turkeys and a deer walking down the street. Inside of house was close to accurate to pictures and were very comfortable downstairs, but the outside of house and back yard was a bit worn down curb appeal pulling up was a bit disappointing.
