Nestled on a quiet ridge on the South Hill in Spokane, our home boasts stunning panoramic views of Downtown and Spokane Valley, and is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown. Our home is themed around much-loved board games, with lots of fun decor, games included! It is excellent for larger groups of up to 9 adults, with a modern kitchen, multiple living areas, and game and theater room. Enjoy a fully enclosed and private back yard, and sunsets off the back deck!

THE LAYOUT:

- There are 4 total bedrooms: 3 upstairs, including 1 California King, 1 Queen, and 1 with 2 XL twin beds, and 1 Queen bedroom downstairs. Plus each room is themed to a different popular board game with fun styling, art, and games! With bedrooms enough for 8 adults, we also have potential for more sleeping options including a couch with mattress topper or air mattress, just send us a message if you’re interested in additional options.
- There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 off the primary bedroom and 1 off the hall, each with a gorgeous tile shower and all of the essential amenities. There is also a half bath downstairs with laundry washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and detergent for your stay.
- The upstairs main living space includes a large couch with a 58" Smart Roku TV, a dining table that can seat 6-7 with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen island, and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials. There is a wonderfully cozy sitting area off the dining room that is perfect for morning coffee or sunset viewing in the evening, and a semi-private, Clue-themed office tucked back behind the sitting room. Solve a mystery, get some work done, use the space for stretching, or set up a children’s play space!
- Off the sitting area is a back deck with more seating, lower deck, and a large, fully enclosed yard that was reseeded in early May 2025, and is in the process of growing in. We ask that guests temporarily stay off the young shoots as they establish, thank you!
- Downstairs features a second living room with an even larger 82" Smart Roku TV perfect for movies or streaming games, with room-darkening blinds so you can watch any time of day. There's also a 6-person Game/Poker table with a stocked selection of both adult, child-friendly, and even life size games for some exciting evenings with friends and family. The couch can fit 4 easily, 5 cozy, and the 6 game table chairs can also be turned towards the TV for additional viewing.
- There is a garage but it is currently inaccessible for guests and being used for storage.

THE AMENITIES:
- Our goal is for you to walk in and feel home. We have amazing mattresses, soft linens, and different pillow options for every type of sleeper. Plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.
- We have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for you.
- We fully stock our kitchen with pots, pans, baking sets, small appliances, oil and spices, and flour. We have a coffee and tea bar for you with grounds, pods, and packets provided.
- Refrigerator has an ice maker and water filter.
- We provide books, games, and toys, to help keep guests of all ages entertained.
- We have baby items including a pack n play, high chair, baby bath and baby gate, to help you pack a little lighter.
- Our desk area is set up so you can remotely work and we have a monitor you can plug into with fast WiFi.
-Convenient touchscreen heating and AC, and complimentary WiFi provided. With a brand new furnace and AC unit installed in 2023 we added a whole-home in-duct air purifier that improves the quality of the air throughout the house and reduces bacteria, viruses, odors and mold spores in the air and on surfaces. We regularly swap out filters and work to keep our home clean for everyone’s peace of mind.

THE LOCATION & PARKING:
- 4 miles to downtown Spokane
- 2.5 miles to the Perry District (restaurants, brewery, shops, groceries, park)
- 4 miles to Manito Park
- 4 miles to the medical district
- 10 miles to the airport
- 1 mile to Fred Meyer
- From the house, you can easily get on I90 in just a few minutes to get to Spokane, Coeur D' Alene, Spokane International Airport and more.
- It's in a safe and secure neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and little traffic.
- Also near multiple bus stops, parks, and shopping.
- There are 2 driveway parking spaces, and plentiful street parking.

Please Note - No parties or events allowed at this property. The property is intended for use by the guests who book, not for outside events. Reasonable requests for daytime visitors or small family dinners will most likely be approved. Thank you!

After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $10 per night per guest. We provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate number of people. A $150 fee will be charged if guests stay in the home that were not included in the booking.

*Quiet Hours are from 9pm-7am. We have great neighbors and want to respect them.
*No Smoking inside the house or garage, please be respectful and clean up all mess.
