Location Features:
Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby.

Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces are available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. For guest spaces, parking pass is required.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Smoking: This is Non-Smoking building, no smoking allowed anywhere on premises.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 2 - accessible by using building elevator (1 level above parking garage).
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy.
