Luxury Oceanfront Penthouse Villa at Villamare in Palmetto Dunes!

New multimillion dollar pool complex with 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs, including a serenity pool. Also, an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.

Villamare 3524 is a recently renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath villa located on the top floor of Building 3 in the Villamare Oceanfront complex. Spectacular pool and ocean views will awe you as soon as you step into the villa and can be seen from every room.

There are 2 balconies- one off of each bedroom and can also be accessed from the living room. They are perfect for morning coffee, dinner or to watch the beautiful sunrise or to see the dolphins swim past.

The master bedroom contains one king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have a small deck perfect for remote work.

The villa has a gourmet kitchen and a spacious open living/dining room.

Free internet, includes linens/towels. 2 free hours of Pickleball or Tennis are included daily, based on availability, at Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center.

On site parking is available. The cost is $35/week/car. Payment to be made by the guest upon arrival at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office.

Our stay was wonderful … beautiful views of the sunrise. We loved the pool and the easy beach access. We were able to easily reserve court time and walk to the tennis courts. It was great to have the 2 hours included with our condo reservation. We also had no trouble renting bikes. The condo was clean and updated - the photos are accurate ! Thanks for a wonderful week !

Loved the location, and layout of the condo. Lots of games for the kids, kitchen had all the basics, bar ware was plentiful. Master bed wasn’t the most comfy, and could use dark out window covering on the balcony sliding door.

We love this condo. The location and size of the condo is perfect. This was our second year in the same condo. If we visit Hilton Head next year we will definitely book again. The only thing I would suggest is different cleaning people. There were just several things that were over looked.

What a beautiful property for our family vacation

This villa is so beautiful and lovely for our family of 6. We had 5 adults and one 2 year old and it fit us perfectly. The views are breathtaking from the 5th floor unit and the property was very clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances and essentials in the kitchen. They also had folding camp chairs we used at the beach and some beach toys. For us, it was the perfect area on Hilton Head were we like to stay because it is less crowded and busy. The property itself is so pretty and tropical and clean. Sue was a fabulous hostess of her villa, and she answered all my questions quickly and was so helpful and friendly. We all highly recommend this Villa at Villamare.

Beautiful villa, kitchen was well equipped. Villa had everything you needed for your beach stay. The only thing that could have been better was the cleaning. Examples around the kitchen trash cana and the floor by the refrigerator you can see all the drit in between . Maybe a deep cleaning in those areas. Awesome Place to Stay!

This condo is in a prime location within a wonderful complex. It has two balconies, both with awesome ocean views. Everything inside the condo has been updated and very well done. Great thought has been put into making this unit both comfortable and functional. All lights are clearly marked so there is no learning process once you are unpacked. There is plenty of closet space. The furniture is comfortable and positioned to give the best possible view of the ocean. The kitchen has top notch appliances with plenty of quality utensils and cookware. The beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms are roomy with plenty of light, strong water pressure and lots of counter space. Pictures can not do justice to just how great a place this unit is for vacationing in Hilton Head. The owners communicate well and have gone to great lengths to make this condo a premium place to assure a great stay. Highly recommended!!!

What an experience!!! Amazing view. Amazing view. Amazing view.Can't be much closer to the beach and pool; how convenient and easy that was. Ice machine made it so easy to keep coolers cold; I swear it seems like we spend half of every beach trip getting ice, but not this time!!!! The condo was clean and well stocked. Fully functional kitchen. 5th floor, no footsteps above. Elevator close to the room, but not too close. Sit on the deck outside and watch the sunset every morning!This property and Palmetto Dunes attracts other respectful guests, so everything was very pleasant, no wild parties, etc. Sue did a great job of communicating with us. I can't say how awesome this was!!!!Walk to the General Store, walk to the Dunes House. Walk to pick up your bicycle, should you rent one.We will definitely be back. Thank you Sue!!!!!!!!!
