We appreciate your feedback regarding the cleanliness but we have not heard from you about any of the issues you mentioned though we ask you on your check-in date if you have any concerns during your stay but we heard nothing, and it is our goal to resolve guest concerns ASAP The homes are self-catering and that you’ll find an essential starter packet. It was mentioned in the check-in details.
