Two blocks to Main Street, the Naval Academy, Downtown Annapolis and Historic Maryland Ave, this 1875 home has been fully renovated and updated for our guests. Boasting beautiful views of Historic Paca House and book ended by Spa Creek and St. John's College, the location is amazing.
Kid friendly house with a quiet and secluded back patio for relaxing.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating, beds were very comfortable, the space was perfect for our family during our trip and the location is PHENOMENAL. We were there for my USNA class reunion and the location could not be beat for easy access to the Naval Academy and all of my class events scheduled for the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped but we wound up not cooking as planned during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

This house is beautiful and so convenient to everything. We arrived by boat and the house is about 2 blocks from the city dock. It's close to shops and restaurants.House was very clean. It's a neat old house. Very comfortable

Girls trip to Annapolis

We love the location. It was a very comfortable home. Wanted to visit the historic Annapolis as one of our annual girls trips. We are all in our 60s and have known each other since Grade school. We tried to make a trip twice a year and this was definitely one of our best.

Fantastic Location and Amazing House

We were in town for some fun on the water and a visit to the Naval Academy. We were able to park the car for the weekend and walk everything, great location. The house is very nice, a lot of space for the 4 of us. We look forward to visiting again for football season!

Military Bowl game stay

The house was very clean and super comfortable. We didn’t cook anything during our stay but the kitchen looked well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The location was awesome. Very short walk to downtown and just steps to the Naval Academy visitors entrance. We very much enjoyed our stayed!

GREAT PLACE!

The location was perfect! A short walk to the harbor and downtown, as well as the Naval Academy. The house is well appointed and very comfortable and I loved the patio out back. Our host was very hospitable and quick with responses. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier… thank you Will!!

Great place in downtown Annapolis

Comfortable and convenient place near St John’s College and Naval Academy. Exactly as depicted in website and many nice touches. Only thing to note for particular sleepers is no blackout curtains and soft mattresses and firm pillows.

Great home, great location!

We were in Annapolis for a wedding. The house was super clean, amazing location - right by naval academy and tons of great shops and restaurants! Loved the coffee maker and beds were comfy! The host was super responsive and answered all questions I had. Would stay here again! There are a bunch of stairs, so this house isn’t for you if you can’t climb stairs. Fine stars!!

Weekend Wedding Celebration

My husband, myself, my sister and her husband came to Annapolis to celebrate the wedding, at the Naval Academy, of the daughter of our dear friends. We attended the rehearsal dinner at The Severn Inn on Friday and the wedding on Saturday at the Naval Academy Chapel with reception at The Naval Academy club. A great time was had by all. The location of the home we stayed in was two blocks from gate 1 making it so convenient to get to the places we needed to go. Had coffee and bagels at Bitty and Beau’s coffee shop near the city dock that is walking distance from where we stayed. Our three story row home was perfect in every way! Beautifully appointed, perfectly decorated, fabulous linens and super comfy beds. Everything you need for a spectacle weekend!
