Cute and close

Great place very clean and super close to everything. This was close to all the restaurants and stores. We could walk to the restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and 3 teens.

Great location, beautiful home

My husband and I took our parents, 10 year old son, and pup for a getaway to Annapolis and stayed 5 nights here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the home is lovely, well appointed, and clean, Andrew was prompt, thorough, courteous, and helpful in all correspondence. The location of the house is perfect and puts you within close walking distance of the heart of the historic district of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to others traveling to the area.

Perfect location, near everything you could want..

Fabulous

In town for our 30th USNA reunion. We were the envy of our classmates, in that our house was so perfectly located! A block from Gate 1, mere steps to the city docks, and a comfortable house for catching up with friends. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Great Location / Charming House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfectly located - you are just one block away from the waterfront, shops, bars and restaurants. It's a charming house on a charming street. House was clean and comfortable and had enough space for the 5 of us. Loved the back patio. Andrew was easy to communicate with. We'd stay again and would recommend to others.

Location Location Location!

This property backs up to where all of the action is! A 20 second walk to All the best bars and restaurants. The house is vey nice and has a historic feel! The owner is very supportive and immediately answers any questions. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Annapolis. The kids really enjoyed the location. We could walk everywhere in town and it was only a 30 second walk to the Navy gates. The house was clean. The kitchen had all the essentials. The back patio was gorgeous. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be close to all the fun things that Main Street has to offer.

Small but charming

Stayed here for a week with a crew of four. The house is charming - well taken care of overall. The rooms are small and the floors creak making for a loud house. The master suite is great and the "bunkroom" on the 3rd floor would be great for kids - but not adults.

Much less than expected

The home is need of repair and upkeep. The pictures on the website are misleading and do not show the true state of the home. The location is great, but that doesn't make up for the interior condition.

Thank you for your candid response. It is certainly unfortunate that the house was not in the condition that you were expecting. In your email to us after the weekend, you mentioned that the major issue was the damage to the ceiling in the master bedroom. We hired a contractor to inspect the ceiling and roofline and he found that there was a hole in the roof that allowed the hard rains we experienced the past few weeks to cause the damage that you had found. The roof has been fixed and the ceiling has been replaced where necessary. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of the issue prior to your stay and we can only hope that this inconvenience did not affect your enjoyment of the weekend too greatly.
