The space
This newly renovated and inviting home in quintessential Chatham is perfect for your next family vacation.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from either the front or the back yard on comfortable Adirondack chairs, surrounded by music from the Sonos speaker system. The outdoor area also has a brand-new kitchen and natural gas firepit to complete this backyard retreat, inclusive of atmosphere lighting and lush landscaping.

Once inside, you will find an open concept coastal space, with a newly renovated kitchen and thoughtfully designed living space.

The elegant ensuite primary bedroom, has a king size bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Smart TV. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, you'll find another room with a twin bed and desk perfect for additional guests and privacy for work, if needed.
The family room houses a large screen smart TV with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The spacious sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.

On the second level, there are two more bedrooms. A queen bedroom and a room with three twin beds, all recently renovated, along with an ample size full bath.

You will also find an outside shower perfect for after a day at the beach. To ensure the most comfortable outdoor experience we have also sprayed the entire property for mosquitoes and ticks.

Additionally, there is a brand new samsung washer and dryer in the first floor mudroom. Beach chairs are provided.

Three beaches nearby: Scatteree Beach(.65Miles), Cotchpincut(.70Miles) and Cow yard (.68Miles). Nauset beach is also a short drive away.
