'Chatham Breeze' - Wie wir es nennen

Unsere schöne Chatham Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber hohe Decken im Wohnzimmer / KĂŒche / Esszimmer, mit nautischen Akzente ĂŒberall. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Schlafzimmer, 4 BĂ€der und eine Außendusche. Die KĂŒche wurde komplett aktualisiert, mit schönen weißen Shaker Holz SchrĂ€nke, Edelstahl-GerĂ€te, gebaut in WeinkĂŒhler, U-Bahn-Fliesen und wunderschönen weißen Granit. Alle Bad Eitelkeiten sind mit schönen weißen Shaker HolzschrĂ€nke erneuert. Das Haus wurde frisch gestrichen, innen und außen. Dieses Haus befindet sich am Ende einer ruhigen Straße, in die Erhaltung Land umgeben. Wir sind zu Fuß zu vielen GeschĂ€ften, Restaurants und MĂ€rkten. Unser Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine fertige Ausstand Keller mit professionellen GrĂ¶ĂŸe Billardtisch, ein Spielzimmer, Sitzecke mit Flachbild-TV, (großer Platz fĂŒr einen regnerischen Nachmittag). Es gibt zwei Sitzbereiche im Freien mit einem Weber Grill zum Grillen. FĂŒr die Sportler gibt es einen Basketballkorb in der Einfahrt, Boccia und Golfclubs.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Lois was helpful and checked on us during our stay. She has the house well stocked and beds were comfortable. You can tell by the pictures that bedrooms are carpeted and showing wear, but normal for a rental. We certainly loved our stay in Camden! Downtown is a couple miles away. Best to ride bikes or drive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home for our family reunion in Chatham! Having grown up spending summers here, it was so special to return and be in such a beautiful, well-kept house that fit our group perfectly. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to town, restaurants, and everything we love about the area.Lois was incredibly communicative from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.The house was exactly what we were hoping for to host our family. The house was wonderful, clean and just as stated. Communication with Lois was great. It was definitely a 5 star experience. It comfortably fit my whole family of 8 plus my father in law in apartment over the garage. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation week ending with our daughter getting married at a local venue. Very Fun Chatham Home

The house is very well maintained with pretty grounds in a great location relative to town. It's on the end of a cul-de-sac which is perfect for a family. The kids loved the game room, and we wished we had more time to enjoy the deck and fire pit area. The landscaping is done very well in Cape Cod style and there is enough grass area for the kids to play. The house was loaded with stuff to use while we were there too, beach chairs, umbrellas, sports equipment, balls, etc. The host was communicative. Would stay back here in a heartbeat!

Great Property! Great Location! Great Host!

The property was tuck away at the end of a cul de sac, so if you love privacy - you'll love this property. Very clean and with all the amenities you need as though you were at home. The property owner, Lois was great with communicating with us and checked in a few times. If you are a family with little kids, like us (8yr & 6yr), there's plenty of games to keep them busy. Also great location to downtown Chatham and just mins away from Hardings beach.

Loved it!

We had such a lovely time! The property is fantastic. It is tucked away at the end of a road, perfect for people who like quiet and privacy.The backyard is lovely with a large table and grill for eating/hosting, a nice lawn that our kids loved playing in and a cozy fire pit nestled in the back.The home is stocked with games, activities, bicycles and some beach gear.The bonus / additional space above the garage suited our family needs perfectly! Grandma and grandpa joined us for most of our trip and had their own space.During our stay our hostess Lois was welcoming, responsive, and very kind. We won’t hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to Chatham.

Perfect stay I Chatham

I visited Chatham (and Cape Cod) for the first time with three girlfriends. Lois‘s house was absolutely perfect! The location is great, the house is close enough to town but far enough away to really feel the tranquility and peace of this charming town. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. Nice house close to chatham center

The house is nice and very well equiped. The owner is nice and responsive. 2 cons: i believe the water pipes should be checked: in the master bathroom, the water from the bathtub was yellowish when i was bathing my 2y old. Also if you take a shower upstairs, it makes a big amount of noise downstairs. check out policy is too strict

Fantastic Chatham House

We had a wonderful long weekend in Chatham and Lois’ property was the perfect home base. Accommodations were spacious and clean and everyone was very comfortable in their respective rooms. Lovely houses, thoughtful hostess

This house is every bit as handsome as its photos, and quiet because of the conservation property behind it — also sufficiently dark at night you can see stars! Lois is an incredibly thoughtful host, including not merely the full kitchen, bicycles, and beach chairs and toys, but also coffee for the machine, ice in the freezer, and a wine bottle in the wine cooler. It was also a great house for little ones, who loved charging down the downstairs hall and playing in the open living room/ great room. And everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. Highly recommend

Our first trip to Chatham

Host was very responsive, via text, when needed. Location was great at the end of a cul-de-sac. Within a few minutes of downtown Chatham. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything anyone would need. Large, double fridge was handy. Great back porch with plenty of seating. Loved the King table (with umbrella) which seats 8 people (great for our party of 7). Downstairs room with the pool table was a hit with our adult children. Well stocked house with garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Loved that the back yard was up against a natural,conservatory. Full of wildlife and singing birds.

Fantastic house and host!

The host is lovely! Very responsive through the booking process - and she met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour. The house is exactly as advertised and was perfect for us - we were three adults and two teenaged boys. The main living area and kitchen is open and lends itself well to family meals and conversations. There is a back deck well equipped with furniture and a grill and most importantly, a lovely private quiet area to sit and relax in the sun. The basement has lots of family activities , including fusball, pool, card table, puzzles and games. The house is incredibly well stocked (better than my own, honestly!) Everything you need is there and when I couldn’t find one item I texted Lois, she replied right away and told me where to find it. Location is outstanding. Main Street Chatham is a 20-25 minute walk or a very fast car ride, and Chatham is a wonderful central location for easy day trips to everything you could want to see on the Cape. All in all, this house and host made our vacation experience stress free and very enjoyable. Just exactly how you hope it would be! Highly recommend.

Early September Stay at Chatham Breeze

We came here for our family vacation and had a lovely week at this property. The house is clean and well appointed with just about everything you need. Well stocked with all of the essentials, and Lois is a very responsive host! The yard is beautifully landscaped( I wish I were here in early July to see the hydrangeas in all of their glory!) The large deck off the back of the house was a perfect spot for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. We’ve been coming to the cape off and on for many years and have found Chatham to be one of our favorite areas, and this house is in a great spot, convenient to everything!
