This premium 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is one of just two residences that share a single wall and a common driveway, offering the feel of a private single-family home with added privacy compared to a duplex or townhome. It easily accommodates groups of up to eight – and since two bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also great for two couples or families to share. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s also a flat-screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Just outside, there’s a large, tree-lined deck with nice seating options and a gas grill.

In the kitchen, you’ll find large counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s seating for up to eight at the dining table and two at the counter. Downstairs, there’s a family room with more seating, a large wet bar/counter area, and another gas fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV. And outside on the lower patio, there’s a large hot tub for soaking and relaxing!

Lower Level:
- Full suite: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, private door to hot tub/patio. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed. (sleeps 6)
- Family room: sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
