The property is in an excellent location, with everything just 5 to 10 minutes away. It was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and easy, all handled conveniently via text. I had a great experience overall and would absolutely recommend this property. Amazing stay! The house was beautiful and quiet and only 10 mins to town. Beautiful views on the way! The hot tub was such a nice addition, my husband used it pretty much every day after snowboarding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The rooms were cozy and even had plug in fans for us which is Floridians NEED! The staff was on it whenever we had a question or needed help with anything at all. Overall 10/10 I highly recommend staying here!!

The kitchen and dining room were very efficient for a family of five that cooked all our meals. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The bedding could have been heavier for a winter stay but there were extra blankets. The area was quiet and we appreciated not having to fight in town traffic. We would return to the same property.

Great location, easy access, and we were able to check in earlier. Place is very nice. Grocery store within a 10 min drive. Lots of awesome trails close by. Communication was great.

Perfect getaway for a family

Location was amazing, the house has everything you could ask for, it felt like it was our home. The hosts were so amazing, had great communication and made us feel very comfortable (the house rules were not shoved your face). Beds were comfortable but the pillow options were limited. We would absolutely book it again.

We were contacted the afternoon before our arrival that the garage door could not be opened and we wouldn’t be able to use the garage during our stay . We were told that they would try to fix it during our stay, they did not. One of the reasons we selected the property was for the use of the garage during the winter weather and the need for parking spaces for our group. When I asked about an alternative, we were instructed to park a vehicle in town , a very inconvenient and unsecured solution. We asked to cancel but that request was refused. The interior of the property was worn and in some case dirty. The upstairs carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The upholstered furniture was worn and dirty. The pillows in the queen bedroom were very flat and uncomfortable. We found some extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. The oven mitts should be thrown out as they were filthy. We had to buy hand soap for the bathrooms as the tiny sliver of soap provided was inadequate. I cannot recommend this property .

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

Property is in great shape! Short drive or shuttle to downtown Breckinridge. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and looking at the stunning mountain views after skiing. Great spot for a small family or couple!

We all loved this place! If we go to Breckenridge again, we would definitely enjoy staying here again! It was everything that we wanted!!! Plus we had a 2 stall garage which was great since it snowed and then we didn't have to clean off our vehicles!
