The award-winning interior designer kept the original charm of a rustic cabin but remodeled and refurnished with new modern furniture, appliances, and decor providing a cozy yet luxurious experience.

The enormous wrap-around deck and hot tub spa is the perfect place for everyone to enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 Mile Range. Relax in warm and soothing spa water after a long day of skiing, shopping, or any of the endless activities Breckenridge has to offer.

The main floor features an open concept layout—complete with a well-stocked chef's kitchen, dining room with enough space for everyone, living room with a comfy leather sectional, smart tv and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The many windows reveal the inspiring views for you to admire. It's the perfect setting to spend time with friends and family.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master includes a private en-suite bath, beautiful king bed and private deck. The large bunk room has a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk beds.

A very beautiful and spacious secondary bath with a tub shower combination completes the main floor.

The walkout basement has ample windows and double doors keeping it light and open. The downstairs features a large family room, wet bar, a game table and a smart tv. Also downstairs, is a large king bedroom with luxury bedding and electric fireplace. There is a third full bathroom, a utility room and a patio with those majestic mountain views.

The cabin comes with luxury towels and bedding, wireless internet, and TV package that includes Xfinity local and Netflix.

You are required to have AWD or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle in the winter. There is parking for 3 vehicles and you have use of the two car detached garage.
