All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Please be aware that any indication of smoking will incur a fine of $500.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific owner approval.

Early check-in/ late check-out request is subject to host approval per unit`s availability. For any approved request, $35 will be charged.

Thank you for visiting La Casita at Gruene!! Please note the following rules:

1. We are a no shoes house. Kindly remove shoes when entering.
2. Please do not put anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. Guesthouse is on septic and can cause major damage to plumbing system.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN GUESTHOUSE. Charge of $350 if smoke is detected.
4. No noise after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
5. Please note that owners live on front property. They are absolutely respectful of your privacy, kindly be respectful of theirs as well!
6. Minimum age to rent is 22 years old.

Check Out Instructions:

1. Check out time is no later than 11 am. Kindly understand we have to have check out promptly at 11am as we need to properly prepare for incoming guests. A $50 charge will be enforced if you check out past 11am. For late check outs beyond one hour, a full nights stay will be charged.
2. Place all used towels on shower floor
3. Kindly recheck entire unit prior to leaving for belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for items left behind.
4. Please make sure all lights, fans and appliances are off.
5. Please do not lower thermostat below 70 degrees.
