The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.



This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed. There is a $700 deposit for local reservations that will be collected prior to the reservation. A rental agreement is also required to be signed and completed.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
