Great stay in the woods with city nearby.

Great for large group

We were in town for a sports tournament with 4 adults and 6 teenage boys. Perfect set up for our group. Place was a bit worn down and not in excellent condition when we arrived but overall was worth the booking. The host was very helpful and our checkin/stay/checkout process was seamless. I would stay there again.

Great time in Overland Park

Lovely home in a very nice area; clean and well stocked - easy to get to and easy to access the major hiways - more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 kids - the young parents and kids used the community pool, nice yard although not fenced for kids - communication was easy through text, responded very quickly to questions - very good experience!

Great location outside Kansas City

This house was everything and more than we expected. Plenty of beds/bathrooms. Great outdoor space for sitting/playing. Ten minutes to Overland Park shopping and restaurants and same to Belton MO (Aaron's Bowling and mini golf was great). Owner was not stingy with supplies (coffee,TP, paper towels, spices, cooking supplies etc).

Very nice property for our extended family stay-cation. Very well equipped with everything you could need from toiletries to firewood to kitchenware, even spices! Only issue was with WiFi when we first arrived, but was corrected promptly. Thank you!

Stilwell Sweet Stay

It is a very beautiful home tucked away on a private wooded hill on 1.2 acres. It is beautifully decorated and has many areas for our family to congregate in the home and in the backyard! It is better than the pictures. The kitchen has great Applience too! I highly recommend this home. The hosts respond well and are very attentive.

What a perfect property!!

This property is even better than the pictures. It’s so spacious and has everything. Plenty of blankets, kitchen supplies, towels, paper products, just everything. There are extra places to sleep that aren’t pictured and every bed is so comfortable. I wish this place was closer and we could visit again. The host was great at communication and great. Highly recommend this property!

Nice stay just a skip outside of town

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is about 5 min from town and about 25min into the heart of KC. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient. My spam filter had placed the email from the third party that helps you get inside (so check for that), and he helped us. The house offered great space for all of us. Would/Will likely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much (also 3 deer came up to the back door and it was fun to see them).

Our Girls' Weekend!!

This is an amazing property for a rental! We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very nice with memory foam mattresses. The home was very clean and well stocked with supplies, such as hand and bath soaps, shampoo, detergents, and paper supplies. They also had quite a few Kpods for the Keurig coffee maker! It was located in a nice area and made it easy to travel to the places we visited. All though I did not speak to the property manager, he contacted me by text message and welcomed and texted again during our stay. I'm sure if we'd had a problem, it would have been taken care of. I highly recommend this rental property! Kathy

I will start with the positives of this rental…the check in was easy and the host was phenomenal. The host was great at responding to messages and wonderful at communicating. The location was also great. You feel out of town, but 15-20 minutes from so much entertainment. The house size was great for a large party. The host was gracious enough to put extra a/c units throughout the house, however they would blow cold air through the front and very hot air through the back side. I’m positive that the back should have been hooked up outside. However I feel like that’s about where the positives end. The house was dirty. The rugs were all stained so bad it was utterly disgusting, as was most of the furniture. There was fly poop in several places in the kitchen to the point where you could see large spots of it on the walls. In the kitchen it looked like something had been spilled all over the wooden blinds and also on the ceiling. The counters were sticky in several places along with stains on the floor tiles. We couldn’t get hot water in a few of the bathroom faucets. Downstairs was covered in little live centipedes/millipedes. The host did offer to come spray for them. The worst part was the blue mud dogger hornets. When we arrived we found a few dead ones in the house and ended up having to kill several more inside the house. Not sure how they got in, but my grandson ended up getting stung by one. There was also mouse poop in the smoker.
