We do wish that these concerns had been reported during your stay, as we do have maintenance and housekeeping staff on site who are available to address problems quickly and make things right in real time. Regarding the outdoor areas, as the season has just shifted from freezing temperatures into early spring, we are in the process of cleaning up leaves and debris that accumulated over the winter. With temperatures only recently rising above freezing, our team has just begun preparing the property for the spring season, and this work is already underway. We truly appreciate you pointing out these concerns, as it helps us improve. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the dock and the view, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thanks so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed the beautiful lake views, the walk down to the dock, and how clean the home was. Just for future reference, there’s plenty of parking available in the large lot directly to the left of the house — we would’ve been happy to point you that way. The thermostat can be adjusted, and both the washer and dryer were checked before and after your stay and worked great. A quick phone call could have cleared up any of these concerns right away — we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay since we have on-site maintenance happy to help anytime. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for choosing out lake house, we are sorry for not having some extra supplies you desire. We choose to go with dishwasher, microwave friendly plastic dishes due to glassware at the lake properties getting broke often. We have shared the cleaning issue with our cleaning team, as that is not up to our standards and out reviews reflect that. We added a brand-new set of pans and cooking utensils just 2 months ago and hoped they would be enough, but we will look at adding more and adding wine glasses to the property. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had safe travels home!
