Du siehst nicht doppelt! Wir haben 2 identische Kabinen und auf dem Weg zum 3. Unsere andere Kabine ist Eigentum # 1327617

Unsere HĂŒtten sind perfekt fĂŒr ein Paar oder einen Familienausflug. Unsere Kabine fĂŒr 6 Personen, die 1 Königin im Schlafzimmer, 1 Königin auf dem Dachboden und 2 Zweibettzimmer enthĂ€lt.

Unsere HĂŒtten sind klein, aber mĂ€chtig! Wenn Sie schon einmal ein kleines Haus ausprobieren wollten - das ist ziemlich nah! Unsere Kabinen sind 560 Quadratfuß groß und verfĂŒgen ĂŒber eine gut ausgestattete Platzierung und Design, wodurch sie sich viel grĂ¶ĂŸer fĂŒhlen als sie sind. Deshalb gelten sie als die besten "modernen Mikrokabinen" im sĂŒdlichen Illinois.

Wir haben einen großartigen Telefonempfang fĂŒr AT & T- und Verizon-Nutzer. (alle anderen Telefongesellschaften wurden nicht verifiziert). Wir haben SmartTVs mit DirectTV-Basis-Paket und kostenloses WIFI fĂŒr alle GĂ€ste.

Unsere Kabinen sind tierfreundlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Haustiere bei der Buchung gemeldet werden mĂŒssen. Es gibt eine einmalige HaustiergebĂŒhr von 30 $ pro Haustier. My stay here was fantastic. Checkin was extremely easy. There is a sign by the road to make finding the cabins easy. The cabin was exactly as described. Kitchen facilities had everything I needed to cook 3 full meals for 2 full days. Water pressure and temperature are great. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pond and outdoor area as well! Recommend to everyone.

We went to antique stores, followed the wine trail and ate at restaurants. When we were done each day we came back to a cozy cabin. I walked around the lake or sat on the covered porch.

Quiet Getaway

I brought myself and my two dogs here for a quiet New Year’s Eve weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The cabin is adorable, the host is extremely helpful, and we really enjoyed going hiking at Garden of the Gods and Ferne Clyffe State Park (suggested by the host). I’d definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Getaway

The tiny house had everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend in Southern Illinois. The setting on the pond is beautiful for watching sunsets by the campfire. Communication with the hostess and the check in process were great. The location feels remote but close to everything you might need - food, hiking, wineries, groceries. Little touches like games, firewood and books were also a huge plus. Loved being able to take our dogs, too!

Fantastic

Beautiful and quiet. You would never know there are two other rental properties close by. They allow dogs too! My partner and I had the most relaxing evening using the paddle boards on the little lake in back. This place is a gem and I will provide my highest recommendation to others looking for a weekend get-a-way!

Amazing experience

Relaxation at it's best! This is a must do. We would definitely return. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and our only issue but, everybody is different. We have told all of our family and friends this is a must do.

We love it

My wife and I have a son at SIU and we visit the area a few times a year. We've always stayed in a hotel but not anymore. We'll always stay at this cabin from now on. It was so peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short drive in the country to SIU. The cabin is clean, well stocked with everything you could need and we'll enjoyed the sunsets by the pond. We highly recommend this property. The owners were also easy to communicate with and made sure to check in with us before we arrived. We'll be back for sure.

Quite getaway

Place was smaller than expected but very cozy. Great place for a small family with kids that could sleep in a loft and enjoy the fishing during spring, summer and fall. Could use some more cookware, like a cookie sheet and 9x13 pan and more glasses. Only 2 juice and one large glass. During our stay the WiFi was cut by owner during a dig near their house, it was out most of our stay. Bought a CD player and movies since it was during snowy cold weather.

Chic Cozy Cabin

Our cabin was beautiful and so incredibly well thought out. The design and decor made you feel as if you were in a 5 star cabin without being campy. Everything from the comfy linens to the outlets with USB ports to the cozy lighting and the beautiful shower made you feel like you were being pampered while somehow maintaining the cabin feel. We loved morning coffee on the back deck, bird watching and enjoying the peace. Our hosts were helpful without being intrusive. They’ll point you in the direction you need to go and make sure you feel at home in your private country oasis. We’ll be back to cabin 2 soon.

My husband and I came with our dog to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our dog absolutely loved playing with the property dog, Kevin, in and out of the water. We spent our time hiking different areas in Shawnee, and thought this cabin was a great central location. The firepit (with free wood), patio set up and location were absolutely perfect! Marion has an adorable town square that is a 10 minute drive away. We had some fabulous meals in Marion, so we didn't do any cooking at the cabin. However, it appeared to be fully stocked if you wanted to prepare some meals at home.This was our first time visiting the Shawnee National Forest area and it certainly won't be our last! Highly recommend this cabin as your launching point for exploring.

Such an awesome little short trip stay!

We LOVED this little cabin. We had a work trip to check out local wineries for the restaurant and this place was just amazing. The details, to the small finishes were exceptional. I didn’t think to even pack coffee (my bad) but they had us covered from grounds to creamer and it saved my life. Kevin (the dog) is such a bright spot to the experience. I took more pics of him than anything else as he fished in the pond. The owners really do make tiny details stand out and we will definitely be back and bring friends! Nothing but good vibes from our stay!!!

STAY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!

We travelled 12 hours and booked for 8 days. Arrived at 2:00am and loved the look/feel of the place. Unpacked quick and jumped into bed. The mattress was ok but older and my wife and I kept settling into the middle. Woke the next morning talked with them about it. Mike checked things out while my wife and I hiked for the day. We came back to a brand new box spring and mattress. I can’t say enough about the atmosphere and the service.

Almost Heaven.

We have a cabin in UP Michigan and love the peaceful atmosphere you get so this was a great option for us. Could use a bit more towel bars and hooks and small platforms when you undress in bedrooms but otherwise was fully functional with all conveniences you need.

We started our hosting journey with a 50 ft. motor yacht on Kentucky Lake in 2016. We chartered the yacht and offered a novel nightly stay to Kentucky Lake guests. Although we loved the experience, we felt that there was a way to offer a great experience in a more logistically favorable way. In 2017, we broke ground on the back 5 acres of our property. We finished our first 2 cabins in 2018 and have since added a lake with a beach and a 3rd cabin. We have a 5-year vision for a "glamping" attraction that will feature 6 cabins, a lake, and a community building for small reunions, retreats, and celebrations.
