The space
3 bedroom/2.5 bath, two story, stand alone home. Home has a 1 bdrm/1bath basement apartment with a separate entrance that is locked off from the main house. The basement apartment can be rented separately if you need more space. There are no shared spaces between main house and basement apartment unless they are rented together. The basement apartment may be occupied during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the first floor (ground floor) and second floor of the home as well as the front porch, front yard and balcony. You will not have access to the basement apartment unless you have rented that space as well.
Basement apartment is locked off from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance. There are no shared spaces between the main house and the basement apartment.
Other things to note
House is equipped with an HVAC fragrance delivery system. Please notify me 48 hours in advance if you do not want the system running during your stay so I can turn it off and allow the scent to diffuse.
