Light and Airy Luxury Condo just Steps from Private Beach Access
Located in the gated Sawgrass community with private beach access, this beautiful studio condo is the ideal choice for a relaxing beach vacation. The privacy and beauty of the coastline rivals any beach destination in the US. The inviting, tranquil elegance of the low country-inspired decor provides the backdrop for your best vacation yet. The vaulted ceilings of the second floor unit give a light and airy feel to the space. You will relax and unwind the moment you step through the door!
**PLEASE NOTE: There will be some exterior stucco work completed on our complex over the next few months.
All landscaping in front of all of the buildings has been removed in preparation for the work - a photo of the current exterior landscaping is included in the listing photos. Pine straw was laid down in the landscaping beds after this photo was taken.
There will be NO construction work being done on our building in the month of July - all work will be done on Building 1 (the building directly south of ours). The work on Building 2 (our building) is not scheduled to start until the week of August 11th. The Building 2 work is scheduled to be completed during the week of September 1st. During the work being done directly on our building (from beginning of August to beginning of September), our unit's balcony will not be able to be used as they are doing stucco repair, painting, and replacing the screens on the balcony.
Construction will continue on Buildings 3 and 4 within the complex through the end of October.
Some of the construction work may include some noise. The parking lot out in front of our building has an excess of parking, so that should not be impacted by the construction.**
Ponte Vedra Beach is a hidden gem with beautiful beaches, a plethora of water activities, world-class golf courses, and incredible restaurants. Just 30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, the location can’t be beat! Have your pick of grocery stores with Publix and Fresh Market within 5 minutes and Target and Whole Foods within 15 minutes. There are numerous local boutiques and waterfront restaurants just 15-20 minutes away. Historical Spanish buildings can be visited in downtown St. Augustine, just 45 minutes away.
This second-floor studio condo with a plush king bed and full bathroom and kitchen has everything you need to stay for a few nights, a week, a month, or more.
The fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded finishes and new appliances contains everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal - but we provide ample recommendations for dining out if you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else. Your morning coffee routine can be customized using one of three coffee makers - traditional auto-drip, Keurig single serve, or French Press coffee pot - plus milk frother and coffee grinder. The kitchen also features an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.
The living space features a 55” 4KUHD Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity cable and streaming apps for your subscription services so you won’t miss the big game or your favorite show. This room includes a sofa bed for children. We also provide some of our favorite books, games, and puzzles for use during your stay.
The screened porch shaded by sweeping magnolia branches is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
No need to bring your own beach equipment - we provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach towels for use during your stay!
Above all, it’s important to us that we adhere to the utmost cleanliness standards using the highest quality disinfecting products. We can guarantee that the unit will be sanitized and disinfected before you arrive, and you will be welcomed by a fresh, clean space in which to enjoy your stay!

Please note that, while we’re fortunate to have use of the private Sawgrass beach access, you will not have access to the Sawgrass country club amenities (golf, tennis, restaurants, beachfront pool) during your stay. There is a separate community pool for your use within the Sawgrass gate on the west side of Ponte Vedra Blvd.
