Kommen im Februar 2020! Dies ist eine von zwei am Meer gelegenen Eigentumswohnungen im Erdgeschoss, die sich zu einem Pool, einer Liegewiese, einer Pergola und natürlich zum Strand öffnen. Wir lieben unsere Eigentumswohnungen hier, weil sie am Strand liegen und wir nicht die Treppen hoch und runter gehen oder auf einen engen Aufzug warten müssen. Unsere Plätze sind den Türen am nächsten und diese Eigentumswohnungen öffnen sich zum Rasen und Pool.

Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa sowie alles, was Sie für einen Strandurlaub benötigen.

This condo was perfect for our stay on the beach as a family of 5. Everything was very clean. Being on the first floor was amazing, especially with kids. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer was life changing! They have everything you need and more! The owners were quick to respond to questions. We were worried we would run out of hot water but never even got close with 5 of us showering. There were plenty of towels. The pull out sofa is not an actual mattress but it was perfect for a teenager. The twin beds and king beds were very comfortable. The pool is a great extra, along with the outside shower to rinse off! There is a publix a few minutes away for grocery shopping, along with a fee beachy shops. The actual beach is clean with lifeguards. Busiest on the weekends of course but nice and quiet during the week. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great for a Family Get Away

We rented two side-by-side first-floor condos - Happy Pineapple and Orange You Happy - from the same owner, for our extended family vacation with 8 adults. We had a wonderful time! The condos worked out even better than we expected.The location was great - right beside the pool, and only steps from the beach - and it was perfect that we could bring our dogs with us.We grilled out in front of the condo (there is a small charcoal grill in Happy Pineapple, but we brought our own small weber gas grill and foldable table) and it was so fun to gather around outside to visit and snack while we grilled. I'm not sure that any other place would have worked out as well for us. We will definitely be back!

Great location, great property

Condo was conveniently located near the beach and near restaurants and other areas of interest in both Jax and Neptune beaches! We loved having the pool just outside our back door! Condo was well stocked and was very clean! Beds were comfortable! No complaints!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was excellent! The condo was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The host and hostess were most accommodating. Our grandchildren loved the pool being right outside our door. We look forward to returning soon!

Awesomeness

The weather was perfect for the perfect vacation rental. Home is beautiful and laid out nicely. The condo had all amenities needed to enjoy the beach, pool , cooking , sleeping. Max and Sara are excellent hosts and took very good care of me and my family. Thank you so very much!! I will stay again when I come in the summer!! Great Stay at a Great Location!

Our family of four had a great stay at the condo. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our vacation and made check in / check out very simple. The condo was very well equipped and very clean. On top of that, the location is perfect, just steps from the beach and centrally located with respect to all types of dinning options and fun activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice accommodations

Stayed for five days to visit elementary school friends ( now 74 years young). Love the condo and location to the beach. Rode our bikes around town which was fun with little traffic. The garbage disposal sprang a leak while we were there owners called a plumber right away was very responsive. Would rent again.

Orange You Happy Condo - Fantastic Experience

Our stay at Orange You Happy Condo was fantastic! The hosts were above accomodating. The condo had every luxury needed and beyond. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool. Being on the ground level and having every necessity provided made our beach days fun, relaxing and memorable. For all these reasons, we highly recommend Orange You Happy Condo and we look forward to staying next year.

Fantastic condo right on the beach. The owners keep it extremely clean and are very good about responding quickly. Very easy check in and check out. The condo has everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Fantastic stay that we highly recommend!

Easy and relaxed

No steps is HUGE when you are carrying beach gear, have children or walking issues. We have a little swimmer and being able to open the patio door then watch them walk a few steps to the pool was WONDERFUL! I would rather see a peak of water through the beautiful dunes than take stairs. Great neighborhood, clean beach and pier is nearby. We would stay again.

Great location and amazing hospitality!!!

This was our first family vacation with our one year old so I wanted something that would be able to accommodate him. This property was perfect! It’s within walking distance to the beach, the condo parking is right in front of the entrance and being on the ground floor by the pool and grassy area for him to play was exactly what we needed! The condo itself is nice and clean with large smart TVs that have all your streaming apps. They have a fully loaded kitchen with all the necessities and they also have everything you need for the beach and pool! This included nice, thick beach towels, beach chairs, a tent, beach umbrella, pool toys and beach toys! There is a washer and dryer and they have laundry pods and dishwasher pods for the dishwasher, which was also very nice to have. This condo is pet friendly but you wouldn’t know by looking at it because there are no remnants of dogs in there. This was the perfect condo for our vacay but one of the greatest experiences was the hospitality the owners extended. They were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out. They were very quick in their responses and so helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville!

Nice proximity to the beach

We really enjoyed our walks on the beach. The amenities in the kitchen made cooking for the family an easy task. Excellent restaurants are close by if you like to dine out! And our hosts were very responsive for gyrations and assistance. I’d come back again!

Five Star Stay at the Orange Condo

Wonderful stay at the Orange Condo on the beach. Convenient location to many restaurants and attractions. The condo is clean, comfortable, well furnished and has a great parking spot. The property managers were terrific to work with. Special memories in a special place. We would highly recommend the Orange Condo!

Jax Beach visit

Excellent location! I felt safe and secure. Loved being on the ground level and being able to walk directly out to the pool and then coming back in for a snack or nap. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Will come back soon.

Max loves his work as a US Navy Reservist. He also is a technology consultant and current law student.

Sara spent over a decade in the global hospitality business, creating high end guest experiences in the corporate world. So, rest assured, we know how important excellent customer service is! Sara also has a coaching and consulting business.

We fell in love with this condo the moment we first visited. In addition to loving the condo itself, we couldn't have picked a better location. Not only is it oceanfront with amazing ocean sounds and breezes, it's right in the heart of Jax Beach and within walking distance to many popular attractions and restaurants. We also love the expansive beach right behind the property - perfect for morning walks, all-day play, water sports and a short walk to the Jacksonville Beach pier.

You won't want to miss the stunning sunrise from condo's back patio. Our favorite thing is to watch the sunrise there with a cup of coffee. It's also a great spot to wind down in the evenings. And, of course, the building's pool is just steps away from the patio. We love an afternoon swim with the sounds of the waves in the background!

Ground floor unit means no elevators, easy luggage in and out, you can still see the ocean, and you have direct access to the lawn and pool. We are also provide plenty of beach gear (towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella) and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can feel right at home.
