The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the open and airy living room, beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Down the hallway, you'll find three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed to help you relax and unwind. Very comfortable place for our 6-person family’s spring training trip. It was quite hot and the AC kept up great. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet, and the screen porch was absolutely divine. The bunks are definitely geared toward younger smaller kids than ours, and we were grateful for extra mattresses to throw on the floor though it made for snug quarters. The host was super responsive and so kind, and we had a lovely stay. It was a great place for our family to gather and hang out. Highly recommend.

Spring Training Home Base

This was a great home base for our spring training game at Camelback Stadium. It was exactly as described in the listing and provided plenty of room for two couples. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The photos in this listing do not accurately represent the condition of the home. Upon our arrival, we found the home and property to be poorly cleaned and maintained. There is black mold in the kitchen, dirty bandaids/bloody boogers on the furniture, highchair covered in food, trash scattered in the garage, broken swingset and lawn furniture, pile of fertilizer in the kids house, weeds throughout backyard, unsealed grout on the kitchen counters, dirty bathtub, etc. Ultimately, we did not feel this was a safe or sanitary place for our family to stay so we found another rental. We contacted the property owner, who communicated well with us, but would only provide us with a partial refund. I don't feel this property should be rented until some repairs/deep cleaning can be done.

We went for 10 days of Spring Training Baseball. House was very comfortable for four adults. The house would have accommodated more for sure. The backyard is set up for kids with swing set and games. Nice screened patio facing west so it is cool in the evening

Baseball Tournament

Stayed here for the Halloween baseball tournament in town. Great stay, home was clean and had more than enough space for our family of 5. Backyard play area was a big hit with the kids. The host left a nice welcome note on arrival wishing us luck in our games. This was a thoughtful touch that my kids loved. When we come back next year we will stay again!

Golf, sunshine, family and friends

We were here to celebrate my friends son‘s graduation from Midwestern University. The location was ideal. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Not too far outside of Phoenix. Took a trip up to Sedona and Flagstaff. Played some golf. The house was open and airy and just what we needed. It was clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, we will definitely stay there again if we go back to visit

Overall a good place to stay

This property has all the things for toddlers. The backyard was awesome! There is not a hot tub as advertised in the listing and that is why we chose it. When I told the owner we had another daughter who could come at the last minute and we would just put her on an air mattress in the living room, I was pleasantly surprised to see he had one ready to go when we got there. It has bedding on it already and it was a nice one. All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for entertaining a large family. I would have given this a 5 star review if it weren’t for the fact that he asks in the booklet not to wear shoes in the house and before we had even cooked in the kitchen my feet were really dirty from the floors not being mopped well. And the kitchen counters were dirty around the appliances. This was stuff that I cleaned myself so it was not a deal breaker. Oh the drains are a little slow to drain as well. The location is right near the arrowhead mall and we all enjoyed shopping that we don’t normally have in a small town.
