The Space:

Step into the cozy living space and you'll find a gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen and first floor laundry. Outside the community pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or lounge under the sun, creating lasting memories with loved ones. Plus, The Retreat's prime location puts you within walking distance to downtown as well as Peninsula State Park for biking, hiking, and exploring nature's beauty.



This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and Yellow Birch Cottage at the same location.

- Bedroom 2 (upper level): One Twin size bed, One Full size bed, ceiling fan, oversized closet with hangers, extra pillows, room darkening shades, one luggage rack and attached bathroom.

- Additional sleeping space: Pull-out sofa couch (Queen size) in living room.

2 dedicated, outdoor parking spots in driveway plus street and overnight street parking available.



Location:

- Right next to Hat Head

- Public parking (vehicles, boats, trailers) is one driveway to the west and is shared with Hat Head.

- Walking distance to Wild Tomato, Not Licked Yet and Peninsula State Park

- 2 minute drive to 2 public boat launches

- 3 minute walk to the Fish Creek Beach

- 5 minute walk to downtown Fish Creek shops and restaurants



Home Truths:

-No boat, trailer or RV parking, No garage, but additional public parking is available nearby.

-Location is near Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.

-Condo is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.

Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
