Condo was very nice. Check-in was a problem as the building address was not actually where we were supposed to be. I would suggest a large sign letting guests know to go to the building to the right, so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, a nice stay. Was not satisfied with the pool as it was very small and in a different building .we had to buy a pool pass for a different hotel/condo

Fantastic Gulf Shores stay! The condo was immaculate and exactly as advertised. The pool was great, and the balcony chairs with that ocean view? Chef’s kiss.Only two tiny notes: the king bed leans firm (bring a mattress topper if needed) and the kitchen was missing salt and pepper, easy fix for future guests!Would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!

We booked this stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was wonderful. The check in process was so easy and the property manager was so quick to respond with any questions I had. This place was just as described and had wonderful amenities to enjoy.

Everything you have at home u have here this is a gorgeous place an walking distance to great food fun shops an oceanfront balcony that is just perfect will definitely be back

The condo was in an excellent location and right on the beach. It was comfortable and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Signature Properties was excellent in their communication! I would stay here again for sure.

our beach adventure

My friend and I brought my granddaughter and her best friend on this trip.It was great..The teens were old enough to spend time with their friends while my friend and I walked the beach,spent hours talking on the balcony,dining on local seafood. The view of the beach from the balcony was exceptional. We will be back

Just what we needed

The teens had their own space which was great! All needs were met. Only suggestion is that you make sure all areas of kitchen are clean including drawers, utensils, and the corner cupboards are devoid of crumbs or sticky spots. Great View! Loved the seating outside, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were good and clean! Biggest perk was the property managers were super helpful and responsive!

The view from the balcony was great and the hosts from Signature properties were very responsive whenever we had to contact them. We did not have any issues with the elevators like I had seen in other reviews. The only issue we had was with the furniture and beds. Both the living room couch and chairs were very uncomfortable along with the mattresses on the beds which were extremely firm. Also having to pay 45 per day for chairs and an umbrella if you wanted to sit on the beach was a little expensive, all other condos we have stayed at the chairs and umbrella were part of the condo amenities. Other than that the view was amazing and the condo was furnished with everything you could need and was clean.

Beach front property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is right off the beach with a wonderful balcony view. The condo had a lot of space and accommodated all 5 of us. Some things show wear and need to be replaced or painted, but overall, it is a nice condo. The staff was informative and friendly. The biggest downfall is the parking; the garage has a ton of cement walls dividing every 2 parking spots and a ton of slanted parking spots. These make parking larger vehicles difficult and getting in and out difficult. The property has 2 elevators, but it can take 10 to 20 minutes to get an elevator during busy times of the day. It took an hour to get a cart, load, and officially check out. We spent most of that time waiting on the elevator. So, make sure you give yourself extra time if you have to be somewhere at a certain time.

Perfection!

We loved this condo. The location was perfect. Loved all of the amenities. The beds and furniture were comfortable - especially the balcony. Loved that there was security on site. Property manager (Julie) was so kind and helpful. She responded right away to any questions I had. Can’t wait to stay again next year. (I’m secretly hoping they put a cheap Roku tv in the bunk room for the littles, that would be my only critique.)

The complex pool is very small and more of a kiddy pool, which wasn't a big deal for us as we are more beach people than pool. But if a pool is important, that would be worth noting. Other than that, it's a good spot and the host is great at commuicating.

Nice condo overall

We thought the condo was as advertised. Plenty of space, clean, everything you need for the week. Within the walking distance of several restaurants and a general store. One thing we weren’t aware of is that your view is directly at Seas and Suds (restaurant) not a huge deal but would have been good to know. Our biggest issue with the trip was that construction was going on in the parking garage which is located below the condos and the noise vibrated up and was a constant annoyance in the condo for 3-4 days of our trip. So much so that we had to leave the condo while it was going on. While construction is unavoidable at times the management team made no effort to make up for a pretty extreme annoyance and ignored messages regarding it. That was pretty disappointing.

This condo was fantastic! The furniture is as shown in the pictures. The condo was immaculate, well decorated and up-to-date. They provided several extras that we enjoyed. I would highly recommend booking this condo. Our family would stay here again. The condo was within walking distance to The Hangout and other stores. The only negative would be the very small pool but we did come for the beach and not for the pool.

You could see straight out to the water! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we could have wanted to cook with. There were plenty of towels and other linens. The furniture on the balcony was the most comfortable of any condo we have stayed in to date. There was ample parking(covered and uncovered), security guard on site, pools were cleaned daily. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. Condo is close enough to walk or drive to restaurants and stores.
