LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WALKING TO COCO´S BEACH!!!
Located on Av CTM with 10th ave, without doubt one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen, full of restaurants and shops but at the same time quiet, far from the discos most noisy zone. The studio features unique decoration details where the natural woods of the area predominate with the warm and colorful style of the Caribbean. Ideal for an unforgettable vacation in the Mexican Caribbean.
The space
Building with elevator, security, rooftop with an exclusive two-levels viewpoint with a unique 360 degree view of the city, and a pool with enough size to swim overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Also the internet is super fast with good signal in the pool too. You do not need a car since it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and just one block from the famous 5th avenue and 3 mins walking to the best beaches of the city.
