With the central location of the building, guests can get to plenty of activities by foot! We do recommend a car should guests choose to venture outside of the downtown area, but city buses or uber would also do the trick!

One complimentary parking spot is available in the on-site garage with an 7-foot clearance, suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional last-minute closures for maintenance!

The apartment was beautiful and I instantly felt at home! I truly did not want to leave when it was time to check out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the bathroom was huge and water pressure / hot water in the shower was amazing! It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The balcony was great, even though it was cold outside when I stayed. Words cannot describe how lovely my stay was!

This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is significantly larger than a hotel room and has a full, well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee. There is a pleasant little balcony, and the building itself is amazing: beautiful pool with hammocks, Cafe with pool table and free beverages, gym, pet spa, and a golf simulator. Better than staying at the Omni.

Went to a concert at Mercury ballroom with my daughter for my birthday. Great place. Super clean. Great location. Will stay again. Patio was great and the plane watching was a nice touch as well. Hallway to the place smell great and so did tthe whole Unit.

Great little condo in the heart of 4th street. Location could not have been better for our visit. Secure building, secure parking, and a chic, clean place to rest our heads after busy days. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk from downtown. Comms with the host were top notch.

The apartment was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. It is located right off of 4th street, within walking distance of 4th street live.Keep in mind, if you use the assigned spot parking garage, a full size pickup truck might be a little difficult to navigate as the parking garage is very tight. 10/10 our stay was amazing.

Downtown Louisville has an energy that’s hard to match. You step outside and 4th Street Live! is right there, with restaurants, bars, and live music running most nights of the week. The Kentucky International Convention Center and KFC Yum! Center are both an easy walk, so whether you’re in town for a conference, a concert, or a Cards game, you can leave the car parked and walk to it. Whiskey Row and the bourbon distilleries are just down the street, and the Louisville Slugger Museum is a fifteen-minute stroll. What sold me on this particular building is that it delivers all that access without the tradeoff you usually make for it once you’re inside the apartment, the noise of the city genuinely falls away. You get to be in the middle of everything and still sleep well.
