The Space:

When it comes to finding Orlando vacation rentals that are conveniently located and fully equipped, Terra Verde 137 is a great option. This 7-bed, 4-bath house is suited for up to 14 guests and is situated in one of the best locations in the incredible Terra Verde Resort community. This home offers all kinds of features, a great view of the lake, and access to community features as well.



Terra Verde Resort is great and you have access to all amenities!! Heated community pool, hot tub, mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, play area, shuffleboard, fitness center, sauna, theater business center and Lagoon Tiki Bar and Grill. It is resort living at its best!



This vacation home has a wide range of amenities for you and your family to enjoy. You can cook up a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the eat-in bar. Catch a movie or relax in the living room. There is a newly remodeled Theater room with a shuffleboard. Your family is welcome to bring your docking station and enjoy playing enjoy games on the big screen. When you want to enjoy the sunshine, you can head out back to your pool, which is located under a convenient cover and faces the lake for an incredible view. You’ll also have access to free WiFi and free parking. The resort charges $25 per each car to get into the resort.



This Orlando private pool vacation rental is situated in a fantastic community, and guests have plenty of features and services to take advantage of. Pool heat can be added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation! is a pool and clubhouse along with plenty more amenities. You can even rent equipment like a gas BBQ grill, portable crib, or high chair right from within your community. Of course, you also only have to drive 7.8 miles to get to Disney World or any other popular attractions in Orlando.

Very clean and well maintained home. Fit all 10 of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Hot tub was fantastic after walking Disney all day! Location was convenient and we felt safe in a gated community. Would stay again!

This home has all the great features advertised as well as additional perks that make the stay extremely fun, even when we happened to be there with cold temps. As avid vacation home renters, this is one of our favorites! We appreciate the upkeep and beautiful kitchen. The number of rooms and bathrooms ensured our 3 generation family had a blast and rested well.

We had such a lovely stay at this property! The photos are a very accurate representation of the home and everything was very clean upon arrival. The host was exceptional to communicate with and was always very prompt with responses. The movie room was such a great benefit and our family thoroughly enjoyed that feature. The kitchen is also very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils/pots and pans. Check in/check out was very easy and smooth. The resort overall is also very nice! It’s about a 3-4 min walk to the main pool area/playground. You’re also within a 5 min drive to Walmart, and a 10-15 min drive from many shopping and restaurant options.We would absolutely stay at this property again!

We had a great stay at this home. The house was just as pictured in the listing. The home was clean and had what we needed. Easy instructions for utilizing the theater room and checking in. Be mindful of the additional fee to heat the hot tub and to park in the resort area. The host was very responsive. We’d recommend this home!

Perfect for a big family and friends

The villa was perfect for us. We took poolheat, and the kids loved to be in the pool. Cooking was very easy with supermarkets like Aldi and Public and Walmart within 5 minutes. Everything was available to cook and live a happy vacation stay. If we return to Florida for a vacation, we will definitely consider this beautiful home!

The house was great for our large family. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and spaces for everyone. It was in a nice quiet area as well with a 24/7 security guard for added safety. There was a walking path around the lake which was really nice to walk in the mornings and the evenings. Check in was simple, no issues. We chose not to have the pool heated which meant the hot tub was also not heated, this was a little disappointing but there was a hot tub at the club house so it wasn't a huge deal. Everything seemed to work fine...the wifi got a little slow if everyone was on it though, but no real issues. The only thing we would recommend to the owner is having extra towels/sheets/blankets at the house. The location is great, not too far from the parks, maybe 25 minutes away on average. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.
