As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the open-concept great room that seamlessly transitions to the outdoor living space through a 20ft. accordion door. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a 70” smart TV, gas fireplace, and a wet bar. This room opens up to the spacious deck boasting a gas fire pit table, gas BBQ, and a large outdoor dining table. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views of the golf course when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, 6-burner gas cooktop, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 comfortably.

The ground floor features a spacious bonus room with a large sectional couch, wet bar, and a 70” smart TV. Just outside the bonus room is a spacious patio with a private hot tub.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The upper floor master suite has a king bed, smart TV, wet bar, private balcony, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The main floor features two guest bedrooms each with a king bed, and a smart TV. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom.
* The 1st ground floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath.
* The 2nd ground floor master has a full bed, a full over full bunk bed, and a private en-suite bath.
* The ground floor bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and this bedroom is supported by a full guest bath just off the bonus room .
* There is an additional ½ bath off the great room on the main floor.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
