The second floor has exterior steps, has a spacious one-bedroom, eat in kitchen and exterior access to the amazing roof top palapa. The two bedrooms are connected by exterior steps for the utmost privacy. The two floors can be rented together or separately to meet your needs.
You’re steps away from one of San Pancho’s best gourmet breakfast spots, Café Floresta and a off the beaten path bakery are just a few of the charms of this area of town. The beach is a short 10-minute walk, but be prepared to get diverted for a paleta, taco or agua fresca along the way!
The house is cool and breezy but dappled with warm sunlight through the many lush and mature plants that surround the space. There is a large private patio just off the lower entrance with an outdoor table where you can relax with a book or meal while being treated to the sounds of local songbirds, roosters and faint sounds of passersby.
The lower main living space is open with a small dining table and lounge seating along with an equipped kitchen for most of your cooking needs. Beautiful Mexican tile wraps the kitchen surfaces with hand pressed Saltillo tile on the floors and hand painted tiles on the counters and back splash.
Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with crisp fresh sheets and charming bathrooms with local tile and custom carpentry. Air conditioning is provided, and ceiling fans are in each room.
Checking in is easy. There is a lock box with key access at any time and local property management. The apartment also has off street parking.
