La Esquina Vista Verde was designed for relaxed vacation living – grab the boards and head to the waves, walk home barefoot for pool time on the rooftop, then wander out for dinner without ever getting in a car.

This 2BR/2BA condo works beautifully for families or two couples traveling together, with ensuite bedrooms for privacy and an open-plan living area to hang out, cook and play games. The building’s lush landscaping and rooftop oasis bring in all the tropical mood with the convenience of an elevator and modern construction.

Please note that while La Esquina is very close to the beach, it is not beachfront; it’s roughly one block from the sand, an easy flat walk.
