Welcome to La Esquina Mar Azul, a stylish 2BR/2.5BA condo in San Pancho’s newest boutique building. Set on Calle Cuba just one block from the sand and a quick stroll to Avenida Tercer Mundo, you’re perfectly placed for beach days, sunset cocktails and dinner in town – then quiet, modern comfort when you come home.

Inside, you’ll find clean lines, natural textures and big sliding doors that open to the terrace so you can let in the ocean breeze. High-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets make it easy to work remotely between surf sessions, and the rooftop pools serve up some of the best panoramic views in town.

You’ll check in via building security and access the property via digital lock.

ARRIVAL GETAWAYS uses a digital Boarding Pass system for all information about your reservation, the property, and the surrounding area. You`ll receive a link to it in your booking confirmation email and all subsequent messages from us. Please access it before leaving on your trip. Your phone browser will cache the page to your phone, so you will still have access to the info even if you have no cell service.

The condo is on the fourth floor with elevator access.

San Pancho is a lively beach town – you may hear some music or street noise, especially during festivals and holidays.

Please keep pets off the furniture and pick up after them in all common areas and on the beach.

We can arrange mid-stay cleaning if you prefer. You can make the request in your digital Boarding Pass where you will also find airport transport and local recommendations.
