* Double level dock with plenty of seating, oversized ladder leading into the water and a water mat for family fun.
* Zero gravity chairs on the second level of the dock for night time star gazing.
* Boat lift and jet ski lift available for your use.
* State of the art Sonos sound system in home, on the patio and, best of all, on the dock as well.
* Lush, oversized backyard with steps leading to the water's edge
* Fire pit for s’mores, enjoying conversation and incredible sunsets view over Packsaddle mountain
* 1000 square ft covered patio with outdoor grill and large dining area
* Cornhole and foosball for family fun.

* Gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances

Guest Access:
We have a keyless entry. Access code will sent on the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This is an awesome part of the lake. Calm waters make it perfect for your boating activities. If you like to fish you are also in luck. Golfers, We are across the street from Lighthouse golf course. We are under 10 minutes to Legends and approximately 25 minutes to Horseshoe Bay.

What is different about River Oaks Retreat than other homes on the lake? Our houses in our area are much more spread out than the newest builds on the lake. Here you are able to escape the crowds with spacious surroundings that let you truly unwind. Enjoy your getaway without neighbors too close for comfort!"

Getting Around:
It is best have access to a car.

Other Things to Note:
Pool does not have a rail on all sides. Please note - You may not sit or walk on the edges of the pool!
Pool may be heated in the cooler months for a fee.
