Home clean, good appliances, comfortable rooms. Also, good proximity to Naples proper. Unfortunately, the pool was not functional. Future renters should inquire that status.

This house is in a great neighborhood, that is why we rented it. Upon arrival the house was clean and looked welcoming. After a day we realized the home has some deferred maintenance. We sent an email to the owner with our concerns. Overall, the location is great and close to many things.

Wonderful Home!

A lovely home! Great layout with 2 living spaces. Super comfy couch in living room. Loved the French doors to the Lanai from 3 rooms. Enjoyed the covered patio to keep out of the sun. Beautiful pool with incredibly private and gorgeously landscaped backyard. Walk to beach was about 25 minutes. Perfect place for a family vacation. Three full baths was a super bonus!

Clean house!. Negatives were, unable to use garage. Pool never cleaned, racoon poop evident, hard to find shower towels etc.. Had to buy toilet paper and Kleenex. Good thing I brought my own shower soap. John the realtor was nice and helpful. Had to leave 2 days early due to weather in Gulf.

What a beautiful home!!

What a beautiful home! We have visited Naples for over 25 years and were so lucky to find the Thirkill home at the last minute on VRBO. The home was wonderful. Immaculate on arrival, spotlessly clean, every amenity we could need, and the linen was perfect. The local representative called round to give us great advice on where to eat and shop locally and gave us his number in case we had any problems (which we didn’t). Overall, we were extremely impressed by the quality of the home, the beautiful rear yard and its privacy and the beautiful neighbourhood. The pool was amazing. We loved being able to relax on the loungers, enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the beautiful variety of birds fly by. We have rebooked the home again for 2025. Thank you for sharing your home with us, you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and we look forward to staying again.

Beautiful, comfortable home in Moorings

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful Moorings home 1/26 - 2/24/24. The owner, Andrew, personally met us at check-in to show us around and was responsive to all subsequent communications through VRBO. A bright property with light floors and lots of natural light throughout, the layout was perfect for our family of 5 adults. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it would sleep 7 adults comfortably. Overall very clean. Pool and outdoor areas were winners - the back yard got sun from morning to sunset. Well stocked linen closet. The local property manager was great and quickly helped with a couple of minor appliance issues that popped up. Location is excellent - quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several of our favorite restaurants, shops and the beach and a short drive from downtown. All in all, a terrific find for us. We hope to stay here again next year.

Horrible first impression

We entered the home to all the smoke detectors chirping because they were so old they needed to be replaced. The air conditioning was not turned on, and there was no wifi. NOT a good start! The property manager pushed back when notified by a Handyman of what needed to be done. He had NO idea we were arriving that day!!

A beautiful vacation in Naples, Florida

This was a truly beautiful home and a most relaxing vacation. The backyard and pool are awesome- we loved seeing and hearing all the birds and the pool was enticing and so enjoyable. We did replace the iron and found that the air pump for the bikes was broken so did not use the bikes. John, the property manager checked in with us and was extremely friendly and helpful and offered to reimburse us for the iron which we declined. Some of the appliances are maybe a little outdated but they all work and we had absolutely no issues or any problems. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed many different places for evening dining but also loved eating outside by the pool and I hope I have the name right, Swan River has the best fish ever! The only disappointment was our dealings with VRBO which was very inflexible about treating our 2 week stay as two different bookings so charged us twice for the service fee. Would probably be indifferent booking with them again.

The checkin was very easy. When we first arrived there were some minor issues and they were taken care of within a few hours. The home owner (Andrew) and the local contact (John) were both very responsive and friendly anytime we had a question or an issue. The house is in a terrific location. The neighborhood is great for walking and there are many breakfast and dinner places that we could walk to. The beach is a few minutes drive away. Publix supermarket is 1 mile away and Shops at Venetian Village are also just a mile away.The house was clean, the rooms are large and the kitchen is well supplied. There is also a working grill by the pool. The pool was in good shape and the landscaping is professionally maintained. We have rented in many homes in the area (Park Shore and Moorings). We would not hesitate to rent here again.
