This splendid escape is located right on one of Cape Coral's famed canals, complete with a private dock providing you with easy access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Fish and boat to your heart's content or simply soak up some sun while indulging in a dip in the home's sparkling, solar-heated pool! You can find great restaurants nearby as well as fantastic attractions, including Saratoga Lake Park, Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, Fellowship Park, Paul Sanborn Park, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.

Inside, this snowbird-friendly home away from home enjoys a spacious, single-story floor plan that comes well-appointed for equal parts comfort and family-friendly fun. Enjoy tranquil evenings watching your favorite movies and shows in the living room, furnished with a plush sectional, or go head-to-head with a few rounds of foosball. The large kitchen offers stainless steel appliances to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. There is even a coffee station with a drip coffee maker and an ice maker machine. All bedrooms have TVs and the primary suite includes an en suite bathroom boasting its own soaking tub and a separate shower.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
