Property was exactly as described. Communication was good. We had a comfortable stay. We were there visiting family nearby, so we were at this property basically only to sleep - we did not use pool/hot tub. But the community area looked nice and the area was safe. No concerns.

I would stay here again

Property was very clean, well stocked. Good communication from the owner/manager. Location was key for us because we were visiting family who live just a few miles away. That was our number 1 priority. Property is very conveniently located to stores and restaurants

Close to shops and restaurants, and an easy drive to the beach. Nancy was communicative and helpful, and made it easy to check in and find everything. Good garage, large enough (just) for a Tacoma with Double Cab and 6’ truck bed. Thanks for a great stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay. What a beautiful place to spend a week! Everything was top notch including all communication with the owner, the cleanliness of the property, and the value. The owner went the extra mile with charming decorations for the season, making us feel right at home. The location was so convenient! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What can I say? Thank you Nancy, your home was amazing. My wife and 2 daughters came over from England and spent 18 nights. It was wonderful. Nancy was fantastic from start to finish. The house was exactly as described, the perfect base for us to explore San Diego and the local areas. Nancy was very informative before we arrived and during our visit. Nothing was too difficult for her and we felt very blessed to have found such an amazing place to stay and such a friendly and helpful owner. It had everything we could think of and more besides. We would love to return if it was possible!

Perfect family getaway

Property is in a safe location very easy to find. The host nancy was very helpful even sent us supplies and brownie bites. My kids loved the pool and hottub conveniently located behind the home. Home was very well stocked with everything we needed. Also loved that we could use the garage to park car in. Location was good for all the activites we planned while there many beaches nearby, walmart close by and many food options.

Beautiful home; great stay!

Chose this property because we prefer a kitchen (child with food allergies), multiple baths (teen daughter), and laundry facilities. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need during our stay this week! Very clean home with many amenities. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves both times we used them. Garage was a bonus so that we never had to worry about having a parking spot. Traveled to both San Diego and LA from this location. Would highly recommend heading to Double Peak Park for an excellent view of the area, especially at sunset! We had an excellent stay!!

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

My daughter, friend and I were visiting the San Diego area for an extended weekend. The townhouse was very cute and comfortable for three of us. Having one bedroom on the first floor and the second bedroom on the third floor provided privacy and separation for times when we did not go to sleep or get up at the same time. The common space on floor two was laid out very nicely. Someone could be working in the kitchen while the others relaxed on the couch and we were still able to visit. The kitchen was very organized and well-equipped with quality utensils, plates, etc. The pool and hot tub area was large and there were very nice lounge chairs to sit in and enjoy the sun! I also appreciated the garage parking for protection from the rain and sun when unloading our things. The host, Nancy, was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive with communications. I would definitely stay here again. :)
