This home offers the perfect blend of relaxing residential comfort and adventure-ready convenience, with beautiful outdoor spaces and top attractions just a short drive away. Guests love being close to nature preserves and parks during the day, then heading into town for coffee, dining, and boutique shopping in the evening.
The home features 3 bedrooms in the main house plus a private casita studio above the garage, making it ideal for multi-family stays or groups who want extra privacy.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
Booking house rules
Must be 25 or older to book
Music is allowed on low volume between 9am-7pm.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.
We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
POOL
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3 consecutive day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day / 3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day / 3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day / 3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day / 3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
