Tau 421 comes with a Premier Membership (Golf), granting you access to all the private Punta Mita beach clubs: Kupuri, Pacifico, Sufi, and El Surf, as well as access to two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, Tennis Facilities, and a Fitness Center (fees apply).

Additionally, the rental includes the use of a golf cart, providing you easy access to wherever you desire within the resort and town.

Additionally, the rental includes the use of a golf cart, providing you easy access to wherever you desire within the resort and town. Resort amenities, beach clubs and Punta Mita town.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, all Beach Clubs will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy and the below one off payment for each guest for the duration of your rental.
