This is the perfect cabin for a quiet couples retreat or a fun family vacation in the mountains during any season. Close distance to the sledding hill (Snow Play) where there is “glow tubing” at night on the weekends, a new ropes course and mini race car track. This updated cozy cabin will have you snuggling up next to the wood stove with a glass of wine while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TVs (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more), or hanging out on one of the large decks while cooking up your favorite meal on the gas BBQ (propane provided).

This adorable Cabin is just a short drive from the slopes of both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts as well as The Village, local hiking trails and the lake.

A private space on the back porch with outdoor furniture, hanging lights, comfy outdoor seating and a large propane BBQ is a wonderful spot to spend the evenings (propane for BBQ is provided). This Cabin is the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your time in the mountains while having an adventure filled vacation.

You are less than 15 minutes from Vons and other big stores. There`s a general store around the corner if you need just a few items you might of forgotten. Kallan`s Bar and Grill is great for karaoke (select nights) or watching sports games (you can play pool too).

If you plan on snowboarding, there will be signs and people directing you where to park if the lodge is full. Parking isn`t too bad during unless there is a major holiday so I recommend driving to places.

Please DO NOT dispose of ashes, simply leave them in the fireplace.

Read all house rules on this site and home info for all details on the house. We provide almost everything you will need aside from food/beverage and firewood.

Lost and found: items are a standard $20 fee for handling not including the shipping price. Please notify us of lost items within 14 days of checkout.

Pets: there is a strict pet policy. Violation of the pet policy can result in loss of the entire deposit. Breed and size restrictions. Pet fee $75.00
If you do not disclose you have an animal, you will be charged $150.00.

1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
