As mentioned in our listing, the property is located in a central and convenient area of Las Vegas, about 7.3 miles (approximately 15 minutes by car) from the Wynn Hotel on the Strip, and 7 miles (around 14 minutes) from Downtown. This makes it an excellent option for guests who want quick access to the main attractions while enjoying a full, comfortable home at a great value. Indeed, there is a street behind the house, so at certain times you may hear some traffic noise. However, as many of our reviews mention, most guests are not bothered by it, while others who are more sensitive to sound may notice it a bit more. We always make sure to describe this clearly in the listing so guests can make an informed decision based on their preferences.
