Upper Level:
Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite full bathroom (shower and stand alone tub)
Queen bedroom 1 with full shower bathroom across the hall
Queen bedroom 2 with full shower en-suite bathroom
Den and laundry room

Lower level:
King with 2 twin in bunk room with Jack and Jill full
Shower bathroom
Living area with queen pull out couch
2nd set of washer and dryer

Note that we have a second laundry room in the basement for your convenience.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
