Canyons Resort, 5BR, Sleeps 13, Walk to Gondola!

This spacious (~4,000 sqft) recently remodeled 5BR, 3½BA luxury townhouse in prestigious and convenient Canyons Resort has it all. There’s plenty of room for all of your friends and family, as the unit sleeps up to 13 guests. A few hundred yards away from the Waldorf Gondola and the Canyons Resort Cabriolet, Canyons Mountain is literally in your back yard. The free Park City Electric Shuttle provides easy access from Canyons to Old Town, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction.

After parking your car in the private garage and storing your skis, you enter the foyer which contains ample storage for your boots, jackets, golf clubs and bikes. Up the stairs is the main living area, which includes the following:

Great Room: 2 very large, separate seating areas with seating for 12. 72” decorator gas fireplace. 65” Samsung OLED HD TV connected to Dish Network DVR recorder. Full floor outside deck with dining table when the weather permits. All looking out over the Wasatch mountains.

Game Room: Large game room with pool table, game table and lots of games and puzzles. Wet bar and ice maker keep your guests fully hydrated as they play.

Kitchen: Remodeled gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove with built-in griddle, granite counter space with all of the pans and gadgets you need to prepare a meal for a dozen friends and family (and the dishes and silverware to serve them). Kitchen counter seating for 3 with views to the great room and mountains. A highchair is also provided.

Dining Room: Dining room table seats 10 comfortably.

Patio 1: New hot tub that fits 6 - 8 adults (depending on size), propane BBQ grill, corn hole.

Patio 2: Propane fire pit/table

Guest Bathroom: Half bath serving the second floor.

Two sets of stairs on opposite ends of the house take you to the 3rd floor which has:

Master Bedroom Suite: Spacious 300 sqft master bedroom suite has a king size bed with 55” TV connected to Dish DVR and DVD player. Remodeled master bathroom has granite counters with double sinks. The master bathroom also has a refrigerator and coffee maker for those breakfasts in bed. Off of the master bedroom there is a private office and seating area. Full floor outside deck with extraordinary unobstructed views of the Wasatch mountains from every room in the Master Suite.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, 45” TV with Dish DVR adjacent to a full bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Queen size bed over queen size bed (bunk) adjacent to a full bathroom.

Bedroom 5: Twin bed over queen size bed (bunk) adjacent to a full bathroom. There is also a Pack and Play available.

Great Place in Canyons Village

We booked this property for an annual friends ski vacation and everything was just great. We utilized the free Canyons Shuttle Service every day and made the place seem nearly ski in ski out. The Owners are very accommodating and checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large comfortable stay in the Park City area.

Fantastic House in Canyons

Our family and another family (10 total) stayed at this lovely home and enjoyed its spaciousness with very comfortable bedrooms, a large living room, and an enormous kitchen. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit.

Park City 2024 Engagement

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation!We’ve been to Park City in the past, but this trip was by far the best. The property was amazing and exactly as listed/viewed on the VRBO App/website: Clean, Large, Comfortable, and well stocked. The Beds are amazingly comfortable and the kitchen is high end superb. The hot tub is new and clean. The location is perfect and safe and extremely accessible to the Waldorf gondola via a short walk or valet service via app.The property owner Blake was accessible, and often gave weather updates and various activities to enjoy in and around the Canyons. Our oldest daughter got engaged during the trip and we made so many memories and look forward to a return trip. You won’t be disappointed..!!!!!

Fantastic stay

Clean, spacious, luxurious house with friendly, helpful hosts in a prime location. 10/10. We were worried about getting to Canyons village, but the free shuttle picks you up at your door on demand and the Waldorf Gondola is minutes away by foot. Great stay, would book again in a heartbeat.

Winter Vacation in Park City

We were a party of 6 (4 adults and two children) that visited Park City for a week during the holidays. The house was better stocked than any VRBO house we have ever stayed in - it has every cooking utensil you can think of along with two dishwashers which are key for large groups. The kitchen is extremely high-end with new Sub-zero and Thermador appliances. If your group likes to cook, they will not be disappointed. The bedrooms are spacious as are the common areas. The home would easily fit 8-10 people comfortably as it is well furnished. The wi-fi was fast and reliable and the entertainment systems were top notch (UHD TV’s and Sonos systems). The home is also very well located just above the gondola in Canyons village that is situated across from the Waldorf. We were able to walk to and from the gondola on any of the ski days and if necessary, we could schedule a complementary shuttle that would drive us to just about anywhere in the park city/canyons base area. We received over 36 inches of snow during our stay and the roads were promptly cleared. Moreover, the driveway is heated so the snow created no issues for our rental car. Lastly, the host/owner, Blake, was great to work with. He was attentive and made himself available to solve any issues should they arise. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again with my family.

Great stay!

The kitchen was very well stocked - it has every cooking utensil you can think of along with two dishwashers which are key for large groups. High end kitchen that was great for our group who was cooking most meals. Easy walk to and from the gondola on any of the ski days and if necessary, we could schedule a complementary shuttle that would drive us to just about anywhere in the park city/canyons base area. Shuttle was easier for us with a younger child. Blake, was great to work with. He was attentive and made himself available to solve any issues should they arise. We did need restocking of some items and that happened quickly. Also very helpful with answering our questions.

Great place - perfect for easy skiing and family time!

This place was perfect for our family. Super easy to get to the Gondola - we called the shuttle and got picked up at the front door. Plenty of space to spread out and relax apres ski. Tons of amenities - played pool, and corn hole in the snow next to the fire pit. Kitchen is really well stocked with appliances and food staples. Additionally, we thought the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We'll be back!

The couches were really dirty

Although this property is kind of nice. the floors are very creaky the beds are very creaky no box springs. Made it super hard to sleep and the couches are really filthy. The owners met us there which was super uncomfortable in a Covid world. I expected them To have vacated the day before for Saftey 🤷‍♀️ Location is great and I liked it it could just use box springs and new couches.

"When my buddies and I were looking for a home base for our annual guys trip, Park City was perfect and we were lucky enough to reserve this townhouse. Super close to golf, mountain biking, fly-fishing, hiking, and water sports on the Jordanelle Reservoir. We each had our own bedroom and lots of space and all of the amenities for socializing in-between activities. Blake was a terrific host. Highly recommended.”
