Over 125' of river frontage on the Susquehanna River right out the front door! Public boat launch a few hundred feet away. Guests can land their boats in front of the property weather permitting. The home was built in 2012 and is modern in very good condition. There are two modern remodeled bathrooms; the first floor bathroom is handicap accessible with a zero clearance shower with handrails. Additional handrail next to the toilet.

FULL ACCESS Including: super fast wifi and a 55" HDTV and all the comforts of home. All portions of the lot including off street parking, for 4 cars, patio beneath dwelling riverfront access from dwelling. Additional nearby park with grills picnic tables, basketball court, jungle gym, small zip line and covered picnic tables. Access to kayaks, paddle boards, rafts, fishing equipment and grill. Home has ductless air conditioning and a beautiful porch/balcony overlooking the river.

Other things to note
Property details: The house is located in a rural area with no public utilities. The water is serviced by a drilled well. When there is excessive water use or groups larger than 5 or 6 the well may need 15 to 20 minutes to regenerate. There is limited cell service in the area depending on your carrier; however, just connect your phone to wifi calling and it will work perfectly in and around the home.

Some of the best fishing in Pennsylvania and the Northeast is in the Susquehanna River. Musky, walleye, Bass and catfish are a few of many fish caught from the shores and around the river. Small river boats can be launched from the property; however, there is a boat launch a few hundred feet from the property.
