Open-Concept Living: Bright and airy with beautiful light hardwood floors throughout.

Living Room: Features flexible seating, board/card games, books, and a 55” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+). Powered by high-speed fiber internet (500–550 Mbps)—ideal for multiple device streams.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Outfitted with a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig, standard drip coffee maker, pots, pans, cookware, and basic essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, seasonings, olive oil spray). All faucets feature clean, filtered well water. It tastes better than bottled water!

Dining Area: Seats 6 at the primary table, with 3 extra chairs stored in the hallway closet.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, 43” Smart TV, two closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and winter heat lamp.

Bedroom 1: Full bed featuring an 8-inch plush mattress topper, small dresser, small Smart TV, and two closets.

Bedroom 2 (Kid-Friendly): Full-size daybed with a twin trundle underneath, plus an additional twin bed and closet.

Hallway Bathroom: Full bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, washer, and dryer.

Extra Sleeping: One inflatable mattress available upon request prior to arrival.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Front Deck: Panoramic mountain views, outdoor dining setup, propane grill, and a cozy propane fire pit.

Private Backyard: Outdoor seating surrounding a traditional wood fire pit (s'more sticks provided in the kitchen!).

Firewood: Bring your own or purchase $10 bundles on-site (pre-order during booking or buy directly from our daughter).

Heated Pool & Playground (Open May 15 – Sept 15): Enjoy a shared in-ground pool with a slide, pool house (shower, toilet, changing room), ping-pong table, lounge seating, and a kids' swing set. Located a short walk up the road next to the host’s residence—a complimentary golf cart is provided for easy access (licensed drivers only).

Note: Pool is shared with another rental on the property (6 ft. deep end). Adult supervision is required for children at all times.

Farm Life & Wildlife: Say hello to our local farmer friend, Mr. Brian, and his cows! You may also get visits from our friendly dogs (Chico & Scarlett) or our resident barn cats (Smudge & Jellybean). Please do not invite the cats inside.

Culinary Experience by Chef Abby: Enjoy custom sit-down meals, pre-packaged dishes, or grocery delivery. Details sent post-booking.

We Provide: All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, master bath shampoo/conditioner, starter Keurig cups and creamer.

Please Bring: Napkins and extra personal toiletries.

House Rules & Important Policies
We work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful retreat for all our guests. Please review our policies to avoid penalties:

No Parties or Unapproved Guests: Strict $1,000 fine and immediate eviction for unauthorized parties or gatherings. Visitors must be approved prior to arrival. Additional unlisted overnight guests are charged at $150/guest/night.

No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, pipes, vaping) inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violators will face a minimum $250 fee. We provide a cigarette disposal container outside the front door.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only): Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior registration and pet fee. To keep cleaning fees manageable, pets must stay off all furniture and beds. An extra cleaning fee of $80/hour applies if excess pet hair is left behind. No cats allowed due to severe allergies.

Excessive Cleaning Fee: Please treat our home with respect. Messes requiring extra attention are billed at $80/hour.

Winter Travel Advisory: Driveway is steep and winding. While maintained, winter conditions may require 4WD/AWD vehicles to get up the road.
