It fit our needs - just will not be back to this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The beach is 100 yards away. The unit was clean but a little dated. The beds were HARD and the shower was lukewarm at best. We had to buy a foam pad to get thru the stay. From the outside it looks a little dated but once inside it was quiet and fit our needs. Nice location.

Good communications from the host, the condo was clean & well stocked for guests. The host was most helpful upon departure as I had left something important at the condo. Toni, the host, promptly helped me attain the item safely and with support. Excellent views of ocean & pool, grounds. I would return again.

Family Summer Getaway

Got in a little bit early was very nice, had a circuit breaker problem and Management was very fast to fix, beautiful views from patio enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of five!

Great location to explore Maui

Everything we needed as a comfortable home base to explore Maui. Kihei is an ideal location, with everything needed nearby, centrally located compared to the larger resort areas. Unit was perfect to enjoy sunsets on the lanai, make meals and relax. Amenities were great, although we spent the majority of days out and about. Would return and highly recommend.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The onsite property office was not staffed appropriately. The grounds are beautifully maintained. This condo unit was very clean with minor deferred maintenance. The main living area is minimally decorated. The unit could be improved for better renter experience by replacing the coffee maker with a larger unit, adding a smart TV in the second bedroom, a full length mirror, and more lighting in the hall bathroom. Our only disappointment was the hall bathroom shower is quite small, making it awkward for an adult to utilize. I would definitely stay at Maui Sunset again.

Miss the sunsets!

Condo was great for our group of 6, kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked several meals in and then enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Nalu's South Shore Grill (just down the street...highly recommended). Views are amazing all day but sunsets were spectacular! Only complaint was there were 4 remotes on the table when we got there with no instructions on how to watch TV, it took several of us several hours to figure it out. Some instructions would be helpful. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely return for those sunsets!

The beach was rocky so water shoes are a must. We went to multiple beaches close by so no big deal. Restaurants and shops very close by.

Peaceful Paradise at Maui Sunset – A Perfect Maui Getaway!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at this Maui Sunset condo in Kihei (June–July 2025) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus after beach days.The condo sits on the beautiful, open grounds of Waipuilani Park, with direct access to the beach. While the beach isn’t great for swimming, we enjoyed morning walks, watching paddle boarders, and—best of all—seeing sea turtles come ashore nearby at sunset to sleep. Truly magical!We really appreciated that the condo came with plenty of supplies like laundry pods, paper towels, and soap. The kitchen was so well equipped including a pineapple corer! The beach chairs and cooler were amazing to have for our beach days.We especially loved relaxing on the lanai in the evenings, taking in the ocean breeze and incredible sunsets. This condo was the perfect peaceful home base for our Maui adventure. Highly recommended—we hope to return soon!Mahalo!

Check in/out was a breeze. The building is older and has a/c units instead of central air. We found the furnishings and decor to be adequate and the place is clean other than the draperies had some staining. Stocked with plenty of supplies to last the duration of the stay. And the view is spectacular!
