South facing backyard which means sun all day! Lanai covered yard so you can enjoy bug free lounging outside, and a heated pool so you can take a dip all year round. House is also fully stocked so you’ll feel right at home. Not your standard vacation rental- we are more!

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is currently NOT available for guest use.

Pool: Heated - reach out to host on adjusting the settings!

Pool Lights: Located directly inside the back door leading to the pool.

Sonos Speaker: Black Speaker - Download the Sonos App on your phone or iPad and connect to the Wifi Network. Once you have the app, you will be able to select a station, play your own music, etc. Feel free to move throughout the house as needed. We just ask that you keep in the house when not in use and out of the rain/weather.

Trash Day: Tuesday Mornings & Friday Mornings.

Check Out Directions:
1. Load & Start the Dishwasher
2. Take all Trash Out (trash cans are located on the side of the garage) Please be sure that the refrigerator is empty of all items.
3. Set house temp to 73 w/ Fan on Auto
4. Put all pool toys back in the garage.

FAQ’s:
- We have a Keurig Coffee Maker - We supply K Cups
- The Primary Bathroom Shower - Takes a few minutes to get warm - but if you barely turn on (opposite of what most people would think) it will get warm!
- We have 4 Bikes in the garage! - you are welcome to use them!
- We have beach chairs & towels!
