The studio comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and a convenient sofa bed. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a welcoming living space with a TV—ideal for relaxing, enjoying meals, or unwinding after a day of exploring.



While Puerto Rico can occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions, the property is equipped with a solar power system and a water cistern to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.



Please note: Old San Juan is a lively, historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is to be expected, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area can become significantly busier, which may result in higher noise levels at all hours. This studio is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of the action or who don’t mind the sounds of a vibrant city. Light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs for added comfort.
