The space
The unit is located up a flight of stairs from the apartment front entrance (key fob entrance). There are hardwood floors through out the unit (accept the bathroom-tiled). The kitchen and family room has an open concept upon entrance to the unit. There is a hallway that leads to the rear of the unit, where the bathroom and bedroom is located.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit.
Other things to note
All occupants 18+ years must be on the application (fee paid by guest(s) $42 each) and complete a background check. The reserving guest(s) must complete the sublease agreement prior to lodging.

Cleaning services are available for additional fees (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly services). Occupants are responsible for keeping the unit clean (washing towels/linens).
