The home is advertised as being a short walk from the beach rather than beachfront, but we understand the importance of making property details as clear as possible before arrival. We also appreciate you bringing the floors, shower curtain liner, balcony furniture, towel storage, windows, and garage door concerns to our attention. These items have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review, particularly the garage door operation. Your comments regarding the stairs and bedroom storage are also helpful as we continue reviewing how the home is presented to future guests. Very spacious and relaxing.

I absolutely adored it, it was simple yet cute . The washer being in the garage was very convenient and having multiple bathrooms with little ones was a plus.

Property was exactly as listed. We were beyond happy with our stay and the location of the beach not to mention there is a outlet mall within walking distance as well. The townhouse is very spacious.

This property was perfect for easy beach access and getting around Destin in general. The condo was roomy, clean and had all we needed. Only thing missing what there was only 1 television.

This was our first time staying with this company, RealJoy, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the condition of the mattresses, which had noticeable dips/sagging and caused back discomfort for multiple guests throughout the stay. A good night’s sleep is important when traveling, so this had a significant impact on our overall experience.We also noticed visible rust and wear on the outdoor bistro furniture, which added to our disappointment regarding the overall condition of the property. Additionally, the bedrooms did not have TVs, which may matter to some guests when booking.To be fair, management was responsive and did attempt to offer solutions such as mattress toppers and air mattresses, but those options would not have resolved the underlying mattress condition issues. I do appreciate their professionalism and communication throughout the process.Overall, while the location and communication may have been positives, the comfort and condition issues were significant enough that we would not choose to stay here again.

Not a romantic getaway

I didn't realize that the "townhouse" was connected to several other units when we booked. It felt more like a condo than an individual unit/house. Immediately on arrival we thought we were in the wrong place. The surrounding units appeared to be lived in and not very well kept. When we walked into the unit for the first time it was disappointing to see that you could not set the air set below 70⁰. The rooms are upstairs & it was difficult to cool. We closed the vents in the lower floors in attempt to get the top floor to a comfortable temperature. The ceiling fan did not work one night, although, they did respond to fix it immediately. I believe the remotes may be connected to neighboring units though, because the lights would switch on and off at random times when we were sleeping. We could hear everything through the walls of said neighboring units. There is also the issue of cleanliness. One of the pillows on the bed had a brown stain on the back of it. I sent a picture of it during the stay to notify, but got no response about it. There were dirty dishes/drinking glasses in the cabinet. The coffee table outside on the patio had coffee/tea/ something spilled on it. The patio door lock was broken. It felt more like we were staying at a cheap motel than a VRBO. You can tell that it is run by a management company versus an individual. More appropriate for a small family or group of friends instead of a quiet couples getaway.

Overall was a great trip, weather was great as well. The condo was spotless and have no complaints at all. Very spacious and the 4 bathrooms was a tremendous help. The walk to the beach was about 3-4 minutes and the beach was not as crowded compared to the rest of the beach
